Chattanooga Galaxy 5 Section Treatment Table

The Chattanooga Galaxy 5 Section Treatment Table is a five-section electric treatment table, built as the foundation of a practice for patient comfort and practitioner efficiency. Fold-down armrests in the head section drop clear for prone work and come up to support the forearms for seated treatment. A foot switch reached from any angle drives the Hallotronic+ electric lift from 21 to 40 in., smooth and quiet for consistent patient transfer. The head section runs +40 deg to -70 deg and the leg section 0 deg to 90 deg, both on gas springs. It comes in one wide build, in six upholstery colours.

The US build is the wide one, with a 79 x 30 in. top.

The table

How it works

A Galaxy 5 gives a treatment room electric height on a foot switch, gas-spring head and leg sections and a key interlock.

Head section +40 deg to -70 deg with a gas spring, leg section 0 deg to 90 deg with a gas spring, both set by hand against the spring without a second pair of hands.

Hallotronic+ height on a foot switch
Height runs 21 to 40 in. on the Hallotronic+ system, worked from any position around the table, so the switch is under your foot wherever you are standing when the patient needs the top to move. The lift is smooth and quiet for consistent patient transfer.

Personal Authorization System
The Personal Authorization System ships with two safety magnetic keys, and the lift will not run for someone who does not hold one: nobody can raise or lower the top without a key.

The frame is a powder-coated steel scissor design with a minimal footprint, which holds the table compact while the top is at full height.

The Galaxy 5 carries a two-layer pad, a face hole for prone work and levelling feet for an uneven floor.

Five sections

Fold-down armrests in the head section

The five-section top carries fold-down armrests in the head section, which the three-section Galaxy does not have. The arms drop away from the top, and a clinic doing prone work and seated work gets both positions out of one table. The extra sections are the reason to step up from a Galaxy 3.

Frame

Castors, feet and side brackets

Four directional castors with a central brake roll the table between rooms, and four legs on non-slip adjustable rubber feet hold it steady once it is there. Two side brackets for fixation of stabilization belts and elastic bands are standard, and the belt is a straight add with nothing to drill.

The US Galaxy 5 is the XL at 79 x 30 in., built with Postural Flex. For a 25 in. top, the standard Galaxy 3 has the same scissor frame, the same Hallotronic+ actuator and the same height range, with a 440 lb lifting capacity on the narrower top.

Electric. The US build runs on the Hallotronic+ electric system, on 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz, class II, Type B, with standby consumption of max. 1 A. Hydraulic operation is offered across the Galaxy range, with a hydraulic height range of 51 to 96 cm against 52 to 102 cm electric.

Two safety magnetic keys, two side brackets, four directional castors with a central brake and a face hole with a removable cover come with the table as standard. The stabilization belt and the paper roll holder are sold separately.

Blue, Navy Blue, Gray, Graphite Gray, Black and Imperial Blue. Every colour carries the same two-layer pad underneath, and the decision is about how the table looks in the room.

Yes. The belt is 25.8 x 2 in. including clasp, sold as the Montane table stabilization belt. The same belt fits the Montane Andes.
