HEALiX Elevate Light Pod

The Elevate emits 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light at a 1:1 near-infrared to red ratio, adjustable up to a maximum of 149 mW/cm² at the surface. Those two numbers are what separate this pod from the HEALiX Glow Pod already on our shelf, which runs 4:1 red to near-infrared and adjusts up to 101 mW/cm².

The light comes from 2,680 bulbs carrying four chips each, 10,720 LED chips in total. The pod measures 71" × 32" × 12", weighs 25 lbs, and folds down when you are finished. It lies flat on a bed, a sofa or the floor, and both ends stay open. HEALiX sets a session at 20 to 25 minutes on the programmable timer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Two: 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared, in a 1:1 near-infrared to red ratio. Both run together across the full length of the pod.
Ratio and output. The Glow Pod runs 4:1 red to near-infrared and adjusts up to 101 mW/cm²; the Elevate runs 1:1 and adjusts up to 149 mW/cm². HEALiX aims the Glow at skin and everyday recovery and the Elevate at deeper full-body sessions. If you want the higher irradiance ceiling and an even split between the two wavelengths, the Elevate is the one.
Maximum irradiance is 149 mW/cm² at the surface and intensity is adjustable, so you can run well below the ceiling. Beginning at a lower setting and raising it as you get used to the pod is a sensible approach.
HEALiX puts a session at 20 to 25 minutes. The controller has a programmable timer, so you set it once and let it run.
HEALiX's guidance on frequency varies between their own documents, so we are not going to publish a number for it. Session length is consistent across their material at 20 to 25 minutes. Follow the instructions that ship in the box, and raise frequency with your doctor if you are building a regular routine.
