Glute Slide Handlebars

The Glute Slide Handlebars are upright steel bars that give the upper body something solid to hold while one leg drives the carriage through a slide. The grip is multi-position, so the hands can take up more than one hold across a set without anything underneath the deck being touched.

Construction is commercial-grade 16-gauge steel and the shipping weight is four and a half pounds. Steadiness at the top of the body is the whole job here: with the hands braced, the working leg pushes against the band resistance and the torso has far less to sort out on its own. The machine at the other end of all this is the Glute Slide, where the push-pin resistance and the wheeled carriage are set out in full.
