Glute Slide Hex Knee Pad

Several Glute Slide exercises start from the floor, the kneeling lateral slide and the kneeling rear slide among them, and this pad is shaped for those. It measures 15.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall, so there is padding under the knee and a little height with it.

The foam is closed-cell and latex-free, and the face carries a hex pattern that holds against the floor and under the knee. It is free-standing, with nothing to bolt or clip anywhere, so it can be moved to wherever the knee lands. Kneeling versions of the work on the Glute Slide are what it was cut for.
