Hyperice Vyper 3 Vibrating Foam Roller

The Hyperice Vyper 3 Vibrating Foam Roller is a full-length vibrating foam roller with a high-torque 34W motor inside it. It speeds up your warm-up and shortens your recovery time. At 13 x 5.4 x 5.4 in, it covers a whole quad or the length of your upper back in one pass. Three speeds of vibration let you ease off the pressure and still feel the roller work. Spend 30 to 60 seconds on each muscle group, before or after training. It ships with an 18V wall charger and three international charging adapters.

The shell itself is contour-designed eco-friendly polypropylene. The contours are the part people notice second: they break up the surface so the roller does not press flat against the spine and other bony areas. The roller weighs 2.7 lbs and pairs with the Hyperice App for guided sessions and automated speed control.

Easy to use, has helped a ton

"Very simple to use, one button to power on and change the vibration settings. Great for the back but also helps to relieve cramped or inflamed muscles. You can connect it up to the app and follow different videos and trainer led routines for loosening hips, preparing for a workout etc. The Vyper will automatically change settings based on the routine you’re following. I wouldn’t recommend this over a Theragun or Hyperice Volt, I don’t know that I could do a lot of the training that I do without one of those devices. This is a really good companion but can’t replace and Theragun/Volt"
