iRESTORE | Apex LED Panels

iRESTORE Apex Elite 2160 Half Body LED Panel - 432 Five-Watt LEDs

The iRESTORE Apex Elite 2160 is a half body LED panel carrying 432 five-watt LEDs across eight wavelengths, from 590 nm amber through 630 nm, 660 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm to 1060 nm in the near-infrared. The panel measures 36 in. by 12 in. by 3 in., weighs 31 lb and puts out more than 200 mW/cm2 at a distance of 6 in. Six preset modes run between 10 and 30 minutes, the timer covers 1 to 30 minutes, and the Apex Elite 2160 is the one Apex panel with adjustable pulsing, anywhere from 0 to 40 Hz.

Pulsing is the feature that separates this panel from the Apex Pro 1500, along with 132 extra emitters and 7 lb of extra weight in the same 36 in. frame. Everything else is shared: the wavelength set, the six presets, the timer range, the 10 year warranty and the 60 day return window.

The box holds blackout goggles, a door hook, a magnetically attachable remote control, hanging hardware, a power cable, a multi-panel cable and a cable assembly with snap links, so the panel can hang from a door on the day it arrives. Stands come separately, and the floor stand built for this panel is the black Apex Floor Stand. The white Apex Floor Stand belongs to the Apex Pro 1500, the two are not cross-compatible, and colour on a floor stand picks the panel the frame will hold instead of the shade of the frame.

On the Apex Universal Stand and the Apex Motorized Stand the rule flips and colour is a finish, because both of those frames take either panel. iRESTORE warrants the Apex panels for 10 years and its return window on an Apex panel runs 60 days from delivery.

The hardware

The Array Runs to 432 Five-Watt LEDs

Emitter count and pulsing are the two places the Apex Elite 2160 departs from its sibling, and both are set in hardware rather than sold as an upgrade.

01

One Hundred and Thirty-Two More Emitters

432 five-watt LEDs fill the same 36 in. by 12 in. face the Apex Pro 1500 uses for 300 of them, so the Apex Elite 2160 packs 132 more emitters into an identical footprint. Both arrays reach beyond 200 mW/cm2 at 6 in. from the face, and the tighter grid is what the extra 7 lb of panel weight buys.

432 LEDs

02

Pulsing Anywhere Between Zero and Forty Hertz

Adjustable pulsing runs from 0 to 40 Hz and no other Apex panel has it. At 0 Hz the output is continuous and the panel behaves like an Apex Pro 1500; turned up, the LEDs switch on and off at the rate you set, to a ceiling of 40 times a second. The setting sits on the remote with the presets and the timer.

0 to 40 Hz

03

Amber Through to Ten Sixty Nanometres

Eight wavelengths are built into the array: 590 nm in the amber, 630 nm and 660 nm in the red, and 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm, 940 nm and 1060 nm in the near-infrared. Both Apex panels carry the identical set, so moving up from the Apex Pro 1500 buys emitters and pulsing and adds no wavelength to the eight already there.

Eight wavelengths

04

Thirty-One Pounds on a Door Hook

The panel is 36 in. long, 12 in. wide, 3 in. deep and 31 lb on the scale. A door hook and hanging hardware both ship in the box, so the panel can go up without a stand, and the weight is worth knowing before you decide whether it lives on a door or on one of the four Apex stands, which are bought separately.

Feature by feature

Pulsing Runs From Zero to Forty Hertz

Eight figures set the Apex Elite 2160 apart from a mask, a belt or the smaller panel in the same range, and each one is fixed before a session begins.

01

Four Hundred and Thirty-Two Emitters

The panel carries 432 LEDs and each one is rated at five watts.

02

Forty Hertz at the Top of the Range

Pulsing adjusts from 0 to 40 Hz and no other Apex panel offers it.

03

Eight Wavelengths, Amber to Near-Infrared

590 nm, 630 nm, 660 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm, 940 nm and 1060 nm share one array.

04

Thirty-One Pounds of Panel

The Apex Elite 2160 weighs 31 lb, which is 7 lb over the Apex Pro 1500.

05

Half an Hour at the Longest

Six presets run 10 to 30 minutes and the adjustable timer covers 1 to 30 minutes.

06

Goggles and a Door Hook Included

Blackout goggles, a door hook and hanging hardware all arrive in the box.

07

The Black Floor Stand Takes This Panel

The black Apex Floor Stand holds one Apex Elite 2160 on four locking swivel casters.

08

A Decade of Warranty Cover

The 10 year Apex warranty runs alongside a 60 day return window.

In detail

Where an Apex Elite 2160 Ends Up

The array

Four Hundred and Thirty-Two on One Face

Every one of the 432 LEDs points the same way out of a 36 in. by 12 in. front, and all eight wavelengths sit inside that one grid. The emitters are five-watt parts and the panel reaches beyond 200 mW/cm2 at a working distance of 6 in. A multi-panel cable ships in the box for joining a second panel to the first, and a cable assembly with snap links comes with it for tidying the run between them.

  • 432 LEDs, five watts each
  • An emitting face of 36 in. by 12 in.
  • More than 200 mW/cm2 at 6 in.
  • Multi-panel cable and snap links supplied
432 LEDs Eight wavelengths

Pulsing and presets

The Pulse Rate Sits on the Remote

Three settings live on the magnetically attachable remote: the preset, the timer and the pulse rate. Six presets are loaded in and each runs between 10 and 30 minutes, while the adjustable timer takes a session anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes. Pulsing is the third and it moves from 0 to 40 Hz, with 0 Hz holding the LEDs on continuously and 40 Hz switching them forty times a second. The remote clings to the panel with a magnet and lifts off when you want it closer.

  • Six presets running 10 to 30 minutes
  • A timer adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes
  • Adjustable pulsing, 0 to 40 Hz
  • Remote attaches to the panel magnetically
0 to 40 Hz Six presets

The floor stand

Black Is the Floor Stand for This Panel

The black Apex Floor Stand holds one panel and it is the frame built for the Apex Elite 2160. The white Apex Floor Stand is the Apex Pro 1500 frame, the two are not cross-compatible, and a buyer choosing a floor stand is choosing a panel model under the paint. A stand returned without a panel is non-refundable, final sale, and the black frame rolls on four locking swivel casters.

  • The black floor stand takes the Apex Elite 2160 only
  • The white floor stand takes the Apex Pro 1500 only
  • These two stands are not cross-compatible
  • One panel, held on four locking swivel casters

Two stands that fit both

A Frame That Rises to Fifty-Three Inches

Two of the four Apex stands carry either panel. The Apex Universal Stand holds one or two panels at any height from 38.4 in. to 53.5 in., rotates through 360 degrees and mounts a panel horizontally or vertically. The Apex Motorized Stand supports up to 4 panels, raises and lowers under remote control and keeps 3 programmable memory positions. Both come in white and in black, and on those two frames the colour changes nothing but the look.

  • The Universal Stand holds 1 to 2 panels
  • Heights anywhere from 38.4 in. to 53.5 in.
  • Up to 4 panels on the Motorized Stand
  • Three memory positions, set and recalled by remote
Up to four panels 360 degrees

Safety

Read This Before the First Session

Four lines come with every Apex panel and they are the whole of what iRESTORE asks a buyer to know first.

  • Do not use if you are pregnant, have active cancer, hyperthyroidism, acute inflammation, high fever, or bleeding tendencies without consulting a healthcare provider.
  • Always wear the included blackout eye-protection goggles, especially during face or upper-body sessions.
  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Exceeding recommended session times may cause mild skin warmth or redness.

Goggles ship in the box with the panel, and the timer on the remote is what keeps a session inside the length the preset was set to run.

Questions

What Buyers Ask Before Ordering One

432 LEDs, each rated at five watts, across a 36 in. by 12 in. face. The Apex Pro 1500 carries 300 of the same emitters in the same size of panel.

Three things: 432 LEDs against 300, 31 lb against 24 lb, and adjustable pulsing from 0 to 40 Hz that the Apex Pro 1500 does not have. Wavelengths, panel size, presets, timer range, warranty and return window are identical on both.

It switches the LEDs on and off at a rate you choose, anywhere from 0 to 40 Hz. At 0 Hz the panel runs continuously; at 40 Hz the array cycles forty times a second. The rate is set on the remote.

Eight: 590 nm amber, 630 nm and 660 nm red, then 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm, 940 nm and 1060 nm in the near-infrared.

Six presets run between 10 and 30 minutes, and the adjustable timer covers 1 to 30 minutes for anything that does not match a preset.

The black Apex Floor Stand. It supports one panel on four locking swivel casters. The white floor stand fits the Apex Pro 1500 and the two are not cross-compatible.

No. White is the Apex Pro 1500 floor stand and black is the Apex Elite 2160 floor stand, and a stand sent back without a panel is non-refundable, final sale. On the Universal Stand and the Motorized Stand the colour is only a finish.

31 lb, in a panel measuring 36 in. by 12 in. by 3 in. The door hook and hanging hardware that mount it both ship in the box.

The panel itself, then eye protection blackout goggles, a door hook, a magnetically attachable remote control, hanging hardware, a power cable, a multi-panel cable and a cable assembly with snap links.

Yes. Blackout goggles are in the box, and iRESTORE's instruction is to always wear the included blackout eye-protection goggles, especially during face or upper-body sessions. The blackout goggles supplied with the panel are the pair that line refers to. The Apex VisionGuard Glasses are sold separately and they are not blackout goggles, so they do not stand in for the pair in the box.

Yes. A multi-panel cable ships with each panel, the Apex Universal Stand holds one or two panels between 38.4 in. and 53.5 in., and the Apex Motorized Stand supports up to 4 panels.

10 years on the panel, the same term the Apex Pro 1500 carries, and the return window on an Apex panel is 60 days from delivery.
