Jugs Hit at Home Backyard Batting Cage

The Jugs Hit at Home Backyard Batting Cage is a 45 ft x 11 ft x 11 ft batting cage sized for a backyard or a small hitting area. The dimensions leave room for batting practice to be thrown comfortably, and the same cage takes short toss, soft toss and tee drills. Plan on a patch of ground about 27 ft x 57 ft, guy-wire runs included.

The netting is #27 twisted knotted black polyethylene, where a higher number is a heavier twine, with a Jugs Hitter's Door for in-and-out access. The frame is powder coated grey steel tubing: six 1.5 in. uprights, three crossbar cables, twelve coated guy-wires, six cable hangers, sixteen steel ground stakes, three turnbuckles, thirty-six snap rings and twelve eyebolts, with corners double staked. Two people with a 6 ft ladder set it up in under an hour. Unhooking the turnbuckles lowers the whole cage to the ground in bad weather. Take the cage with a machine and a dozen balls in the Hit at Home Backyard Package.
