Jugs LeatherLast Softball 12" - Dozen

The Jugs LeatherLast Softball 12" - Dozen is a regulation 12 in. leather softball built for pitching machines and serious training, sold twelve to a box. An optic yellow full-grain leather cover wraps a cushion-corked center and wool winding. The wool absorbs impact from bat contact, cutting down bat vibration and sting, and the cork keeps the ball in shape through long use. It works for live-arm batting practice as well as machine work.

The red, raised seam is stitched with Kevlar under the name Never-Break Seam Technology, and it is five times stronger than the stitching used in other leather softballs. A 1-year guarantee on the Kevlar Never-Break seam. It is sold by the dozen or in a 24-ball bucket. The Jugs PS50 Pitching Machine throws LeatherLast softballs. For a soft-core leather ball for indoor drills, the Jugs Softie Practice Softball is the other leather option.
