Jugs Protector Blue Series 8-Foot Protective Screen

The Jugs Protector Blue Series 8-Foot Protective Screen is a padded protective screen, 8 ft. high by 8 ft. wide, built to cover more space during batting and short-toss practice. It is the biggest panel Jugs builds, a foot taller and a foot wider than every 7 ft. by 7 ft. screen. It is built for fungo work, where a coach hits fly balls and they come off the bat on a rising line. The 64 sq. ft. of net, with no cutout, covers a coach hitting to the outfield or a group standing behind it.

Blue vinyl covers half-inch pearl-foam padding on the 1.2 mm steel frame, and the 60 ply double-thick netting ties on with drawstrings. Thirteen carriage bolts and one 1/2 in. wrench put it together. A 2-year guarantee on the frame and a 1-year guarantee on the netting. The Protector Blue Series L-Shaped Screen is the pitching-position screen in the same series, and Protector Blue Series replacement netting is cut for this frame in an 8-Foot size.
