Jugs Protector Blue Series L-Shaped Protective Screen

The Jugs Protector Blue Series L-Shaped Protective Screen is a padded protective screen for the pitcher during batting practice, the screen a coach stands behind to throw. It is 7 ft. high and 7 ft. wide, with a 3 ft. by 3 ft. cutout at throwing height. That window is the widest on any Jugs screen, and every Jugs L-shaped screen shares it. The arm comes through, the body stays behind net, and the L notch clears the stride leg on the follow-through.

The Blue Series frame is 1.5 in. diameter 1020 cold-rolled steel tubing at a 1.2 mm wall, bolted joints, 60 ply double-thick Dacron polyester netting, and half-inch pearl-foam padding under blue vinyl. A 2-year guarantee on the frame and a 1-year guarantee on the netting. The Protector Series L-Shaped Screen is the same shape on the black frame with 691-90 ply netting, and the Standard L-Shaped Screen carries the same 7 ft. panel and 3 ft. cutout without padding.
