Power Plate defines this kit by reference to two others: it holds all the pieces from the Cable Accessory Kit and the Cable Extension Set, for resistance work through the patented proMotion cable system. It publishes no itemized parts list, no cable lengths, no resistance ratings and no weight. The nine-item contents list that used to sit on this page cannot be sourced to Power Plate, so we have taken it down.

Compatibility is the thing to get right. The kit attaches only to a machine that already has proMotion cables. Power Plate's own copy names the my7, pro7 and pro8; its product tags name the my7, pro6+, pro7 and pro7HC. Of the platforms we sell, the my8, pro8 and pro7HC are the proMotion machines.
