Glute Slide Pro Pack (HEAVY) Bands

Six bands at roughly 30 lbs apiece, against the 20 lbs each standard band gives: that is a 50 percent step up on every one of them. Pinned in under the deck, the heavy set takes the machine to adjustable resistance from 0 to 180 lbs, and the push-pins on top still pick out how many bands are working.

The set comes with the Glute Slide connectors it needs, and the bands themselves are built with extra durability for heavy load training. Nothing about the way resistance is chosen changes; the numbers on each step are simply bigger, which is the point of buying them. The deck they load is the Glute Slide, a single-leg trainer with six bands mounted below it.
