Glute Slide Replacement Resistance Bands

This is the standard band set sold on its own, for owners whose cords have done their miles: six bands at 20 lbs each, with the Glute Slide connectors included. The machine itself is not part of this purchase. Fitted back under the deck they return the unit to adjustable resistance from 0 to 120 lbs, which is what it carries when new.

Bands are a wear part on any elastic machine. Plan on a change every six to nine months, closer to six at three or four sessions a week and closer to nine at one or two; the swap itself takes under ten minutes. Owners who want more load than 20 lbs a band have a heavier option; owners who want the machine want the Glute Slide.
