SaunaBox Forge Indoor

SaunaBox® Forge Indoor 1-Person: Traditional Finnish Sauna

The SaunaBox® Forge Indoor 1-Person: Traditional Finnish Sauna is a dry sauna for one, built for indoor use and heated by a Harvia Vega Compact 3.5kW heater. It reaches up to 200°F and heats to 170°F in about 25 minutes, so a session is ready soon after you switch it on. Ladle water over the hot stones and steam rises through the cabin, the traditional way. It is built from Canadian hemlock inside and out, behind a full-length tempered glass door. A sauna bucket, ladle, thermometer and sand timer come in the box, so you can pour from the very first session.

The compact indoor cabin pairs traditional sauna heat with a full glass door, ambient lighting and a contoured backrest. One adult sits on a single bench with an S-shaped ergonomic backrest and a footrest, under color-selectable RGB LED lighting. SaunaBox plants one tree for every sauna sold, through its partnership with Veritree.

Forge Indoor heat

How it works

Harvia Vega Compact heater
The 3.5kW heater warms a basket of sauna stones, and those stones are what you pour water onto for steam.
Steam from the stones
Pour water over the hot stones with the included bucket and ladle and steam rises into the cabin. You decide how much, one ladle at a time.
Simple dial controls
The heater carries separate timer and temperature dials. Turn one to set how long it runs and the other to set the heat.
Hardwired 240V power
The Forge Indoor is hardwired on a dedicated 20A double-pole circuit by a licensed electrician. It does not plug into a standard outlet.

How to use it

Heat and steam

Set the dials, then pour

Set the temperature and the timer on the Harvia dials and let the stones heat. Higher temperatures take longer to reach, and the temperature of the room around the sauna affects the warm-up.

  • Separate timer and temperature dials
  • Adjustable thermostat
  • Sauna stones with the heater
  • Steam whenever you ladle water on the stones
