STEPR ALL-IN Tread XL

The STEPR ALL-IN Tread XL is a commercial treadmill that puts four workouts on one deck: running, sled push and pull, manual and ruck mode, and strength work on the STEPR Strength Anchor Points built into the frame. Its servomotor controls belt resistance as well as belt speed, so the belt that reaches 13.7 mph and climbs to 15% also loads across 31 levels, up to 136.4 lb, and drives forward or in reverse. A sled session set at level 19 repeats at level 19 two weeks later. The frame takes users up to 440 lbs and is rated for full commercial use.

The running surface is a slat belt measuring 63 inches long by 21.6 inches wide (160 x 55 cm). It reaches 13.7 mph and climbs to 15%, and because the motor drives the belt in both directions, a sled pull is as available as a sled push.

How it works

A standard treadmill gives you a belt that moves at the speed you ask for. This one gives you a belt you can also fight, in 31 steps, in either direction.

Servomotor Resistance Control
A precision brushless servomotor sets belt resistance across 31 levels, from light friction up to 136.4 lb (62 kg) of load, in increments of 4.4 lb (2 kg). The same motor drives sled push, sled pull and manual or ruck work.

Slat Belt Running Surface
The deck is a slat belt measuring 63 inches long by 21.6 inches wide, a surface made of individual slats in place of a single continuous mat.

A Belt That Runs Backward
The servomotor drives the belt forward and in reverse. Reverse gives sled pull a mode of its own on this machine, in place of an improvisation with a strap.

Modes

Four Modes Without Leaving the Deck

Four modes run on this machine and they all share one belt and one frame. You run on it, you push and pull it as a sled, you drive it manually for ruck work, and you anchor bands to it for strength sets. Changing the training changes what you ask of the belt, not where you stand.

The frame is steel under a moulded casing and carries a full commercial rating, which is the bar a machine has to clear when a hundred different people use it in a week. It takes users up to 440 lbs (200 kg), reads out on an LCD console with real-time feedback, and runs from a standard 110V outlet, so siting it is a question of floor space and not of wiring. The warranty runs ten years on the frame, three on parts and two on labor, and STEPR CARE+ extends that cover.
