Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The Westlake is SunRay's three-person LX cabin, and its proportions are unusual: 71 inches across the front but only 42 inches deep. That gives an interior 67 inches wide on just 39 inches of depth — a wide, shallow room that sits flat against a wall. Heat comes from a 6 kW Harvia heater on digital control, with premium lava stones included.

Most three-person saunas take a square-ish footprint. The Westlake does not: 71 inches of frontage on 42 inches of depth, giving an interior 67 wide by 39 deep under a 69-inch ceiling. Against a long wall in a basement or a converted garage, that shape gives back floor space a deeper cabin would take. Inside it, SunRay fit ergonomic bench seating with a softly illuminated backrest.

SunRay's description places the cultured stone specifically: a rich hardwood exterior paired with a striking slate-colored cultured stone back wall, which they call an elegant centerpiece for any indoor space. A wooden stove frame surrounds the heater and the door runs on a stainless steel handle. On wood species SunRay say only "rich hardwood" — no cedar, no hemlock, no name at all — and we will not fill that gap with a guess.

Overhead Color, And The Audio Question

Color Changing Ceiling Lights sit in SunRay's feature list, and their description calls it color-changing LED overhead lighting that lets you set the atmosphere to match your mood. SunRay also describe a built-in Bluetooth sound system on this cabin — but that appears only in their prose and not in their own feature bullets, so we pass it on as their claim, pending confirmation. A thermo hygrometer and a ventilation system round out the fittings.

Three. SunRay list it as the Westlake 3-Person Luxury Indoor Traditional Sauna. The interior measures 67" W × 39" D × 69" H, with ergonomic bench seating and what SunRay describe as a softly illuminated backrest.

6 kW — 6,000 watts. Worth being explicit about, because our own specification tab has carried 4.5 kW for this model. SunRay state 6 kW consistently across their page heading, their feature bullets, their description and their power tab, so 6 kW is what we publish. It is the same output SunRay give their four-person Tiburon and Charleston.

Size, heat and what ships with it. The Westlake seats three in a cabin 71 inches wide, runs a 6 kW heater, includes premium lava stones, and SunRay state it reaches up to 180°F. The Rockledge seats two, is 59 inches wide, runs 4.5 kW, and SunRay publish neither a stone inclusion nor a maximum temperature for it. Both carry the same LX fittings: cultured stone in slate, digital control, color-changing ceiling lights, stainless steel handle.

SunRay do not name one. Their Westlake page says only "a rich hardwood exterior", with no species anywhere on the page. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with a guess — if the species is part of your decision, ask us and we will put it to SunRay. What they do specify is the slate-colored cultured stone back wall.

Yes. SunRay state the Westlake comes with premium lava stones, and that the included wooden cask and ladle make it easy to add water to the heated stones. They do not publish a stone quantity or weight. Also included: the cultured stone interior, a stainless steel handle, a thermo hygrometer, a wooden stove frame, tempered glass, an ergonomic backrest and a ventilation system.

71" wide × 42" deep × 75" tall. It is a wide cabin on a shallow footprint, so the constraint is usually wall length. At 75 inches tall it clears a low ceiling more easily than SunRay's 80-inch models. Leave room for the door swing.

SunRay specify 220V on a dedicated 30-amp outlet, with the heater drawing 6,000 watts. Their Westlake power tab does not state a supply frequency, so we do not quote one. Our Specifications tab adds 240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.

801 lbs is SunRay's product weight and the heaviest in their indoor range; no separate shipping weight is published. Free curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with free delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. SunRay's own Westlake description calls it a 7-year structural warranty, which matches that split exactly. Claims require your receipt, and SunRay ask that the registration card be returned. SunRay state that their saunas carry CE, CETL, ETL and RoHS marks. There is no model-specific certification claim on SunRay's Westlake page, so that company-level statement is the extent of it. Ask us if an inspector needs a listing file number and we will request it from SunRay.
