Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The Hampton is SunRay's cedar three-seater, and the bench layout is the reason to look at it. The cabin carries two tiers — an elevated rear bench with side seating running off it — inside a room 66 inches wide and 43 inches deep with a 72-inch ceiling. Heat comes from a 4.5 kW Harvia electric heater.

The cabin measures 70 by 47 inches on the floor and stands 80 inches tall, with tempered glass, an upgraded door handle, interior dome lighting and a ventilation system.

The Equipment That Comes In The Crate

SunRay describe the Hampton as thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities, and the list is concrete: interior dome lighting, a ventilation system, and a thermo-hygrometer for monitoring temperature and humidity. Three. The interior is 66" W × 43" D × 72" H with an elevated rear bench and side seating. Worth knowing: SunRay's page heading calls it a 3-person sauna while their description says it comfortably accommodates 2–3 bathers. Both are theirs. Three is the seat count they list; two is the number that will have room to lie down.

SunRay's bullet reads 2 Tiered Bench Seating for Comfort and Relaxation, and their description calls the layout a spacious dual-bench arrangement with an elevated rear bench and side seating for maximum comfort. That is the whole of what they publish about it — they give no bench dimensions for any indoor cabin.

The cabin is 70" wide × 47" deep × 80" tall. That 80-inch height is the tall end of SunRay's indoor range, so check it against a basement ceiling or a soffit before you commit. Leave clearance for the door.

Yes — the 4.5 kW Harvia heater ships with the sauna. Alongside it: 2 tiered bench seating, tempered glass, an ergonomic backrest, a ventilation system, a cask and spoon, a hygrometer and sand timer, and an upgraded door handle. SunRay describe pouring water over the sauna stones but publish no stone quantity.

Canadian Cedar. SunRay's feature list reads "Canadian Cedar Construction" and their description calls it beautiful natural Canadian Cedar. The TN in the 300TN product code is SunRay's cedar designation; their SN models — Baldwin, Southport, Tiburon — are Canadian hemlock. SunRay state the wood's origin but never state where the cabinets themselves are built.

"Very good customer service from both Recovery for Athletes and Sunray. Both companies appear to understand the importance of the company/customer relationship and support. Buying online without seeing the product first was a big stretch for me. So I had a lot of questions for both companies about the product and the process. Everything went very well with delivery service being excellent and timely. No issues to take care of but I am confident both companies would have worked it out if there were any problems or issues. For a prefab product I found the sauna to be of very good quality. Assembly was basically easy with two people and even better with three. The printed directions are not adequate and could be improved but the design and engineering of the product makes it easy enough to see and figure out. It meets all expectations as advertised. The sauna heats up as expected and holds its heat very well. You can turn off the heater well before your session is done. I would call it a very comfortable 2 person sauna. 3 people is a stretch but doable. I am very satisfied with making this purchase and investment in our health and well-being."

"Good sauna for the price. Keep in mind that you’ll need to run a dedicated 240v outlet and have either a plug added or the heater wired directly in. This adds an additional $900 or so to the cost. Assembly is easy. The sauna is beautiful. The glass door can crack open at times but overall I’m very happy."
