Therabody SleepMask with Vibration Therapy

The Therabody SleepMask is a sleep mask that blocks 100 percent of light and adds gentle vibration through the padding over each eye. Three vibration patterns, Pulse, Wave and Constant, each come in a low and a high setting, and the intensity eases off as treatment goes on. The mask weighs 66 g, a little over two ounces, and measures 10.2 by 4 by 10.2 inches. The battery lasts 240 minutes, four hours, on a USB-C charge, and a travel pouch and cable come with it. Contoured plush padding is what does the blocking. Bluetooth connects the mask to the Therabody app, where TheraMind is the name of the free sound library: nature sounds, piano melodies and guided meditations, with favourites you can save and sleep timers you can set.

The inner layer comes out and machine washes on a cold delicate cycle with a mild detergent, then dries flat. The outer layer holds the electronics and goes nowhere near water; a lint-free cloth is all it takes. Clean both before the first night and at least once a week after that.
