Glute Slide Upper Body Cords

Three sets of cords arrive together, Light, Medium and Heavy, so the load on the arms can move between exercises while the legs carry on working the carriage below. Industrial-strength carabiners clip them to all four ports on the machine, and those ports are already part of it.

Every cord runs inside a nylon safety sheath, which guards the cord and keeps it off the skin, and the handles are rubber with the hexagonal pattern this range uses throughout. The three-cord suite ships at four pounds. Clip them on and a Glute Slide session reaches past the legs into pressing, pulling and balance work for the arms, shoulders and trunk.
