The construction is straightforward. A Celliant® infrared cover sits at the top, FDA-classified as a general wellness device. Below, quilt foam and gel-infused swirl memory foam contour to your shoulders and hips while drawing heat away through gel beads. A dynamic transition foam layer dampens motion from the coils below. A firm, flat, sturdy foundation. Compatible: a platform bed, a slatted frame with slats spaced less than 5.5 inches apart, a foundation, or an adjustable base. Not compatible: a traditional coil box spring, or any frame with slats spaced wider than 5.5 inches — may void the warranty. The hybrid construction is fully compatible with adjustable bases for bending positions.

Yes — Bear partners with Truemed for HSA/FSA eligibility on qualifying customers. If you have a qualifying medical condition where a mattress upgrade is supported (chronic back pain, sleep disorders, certain inflammatory conditions, etc.), you may be able to use pre-tax HSA/FSA funds.
