The Chattanooga F15 Shock Transmitter (15mm, 0-30mm Depth Of Penetration, Teflon) is a radial shockwave transmitter, a white Teflon Focus-Lens head made for superficial regions, the muscles of mastication that work the jaw, and the cervical spine. Intensity is rated 1 out of 10, the lowest of the nine in the cased set, and depth of penetration is 0 to 30 mm. Both radial machines take it, the Intelect RPW 2 on its FALCON handpiece and the Intelect Mobile 2 RPW on its R-SW, new or open-box. It is sold on its own and as one of the nine heads in the cased Set of 9 Shock Transmitters.

Set against the titanium DI15, which shares the 15 mm face but reaches 0 to 50 mm at an intensity of 7 out of 10, the F15 sits at the shallow end of the same diameter. Transmitters are covered for one year or one million shocks, whichever occurs first, with a surface that can reach 47 deg C in use.
