The Chattanooga Pron Pillow is a molded soft foam prone pillow for patients lying face down. Its contoured shape supports both the head and the shoulders while holding the neck in a neutral position. An elevated base leaves the patient room to breathe freely. The pillow suits heat and cold therapy, ultrasound and electrotherapy treatments as well as prone traction work. It is lightweight and durable, with support running through the neck, shoulders and back for added comfort on the table top. It is also known as the Pron Pillo.

It is a positioning aid only, with nothing on it that straps, clamps or bolts to the frame. It sits on the table top for prone work with the TX Traction Unit or the Triton Traction Unit on any Galaxy or Triton traction table, and it lifts off again between patients. It is sold on its own rather than inside a traction kit or accessory package, and nothing else is needed to use it.
