Chattanooga Intelect RPW 2

Chattanooga RPW2 FALCON Handpiece

The Chattanooga RPW2 FALCON Handpiece is the ergonomic radial shockwave handpiece of the Intelect RPW 2, part number 18080. It weighs 480 g in the hand and fires single pulses or a continuous train. Frequency runs 1 to 21 Hz anywhere in the 0.3 to 5.0 bar range, with a pulse width of roughly 6 to 12 ms. Comfort Mode ramps the energy up automatically at the start of a treatment, for a smoother and more comfortable session. It arrives with two projectiles, two guiding tubes, a cleaning brush, a wrench and an Allen key.

It fits the Intelect RPW 2 and the open-box Intelect RPW 2. The Intelect Mobile 2 RPW runs its own R-SW handpiece set and V-ACTOR II set. Chattanooga warrants the handpiece for two years or three million shocks, whichever occurs first, with the short-shaft revision performed every one million shocks. Operating range is 10 to 40 deg C, and storage 0 to 60 deg C.
