Free Curbside Delivery

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The Tiburon is the deep one. At 63 inches wide by 69 inches from front to back it is the only indoor cabin SunRay build that runs deeper than it is wide, and the interior ceiling clears 75 inches — the most headroom in their indoor traditional range. Four bathers, two tiers of bench, 6.0 kW of electric heat, and a hull of aged Canadian hemlock.

SunRay describe the cabin as constructed of aged Canadian hemlock wood for a durable cabin with a natural appeal, and say the two-tiered bench seating provides a great way to recline and comfortably enjoy the sauna. It is also the one indoor model whose feature list carries their ETL Safety Certified bullet.

SunRay build two four-person indoor cabins. This is the hemlock one, and it is shaped differently: narrower across the front, far deeper front to back, and taller inside than anything else they make for indoors.

Interior height on the Tiburon is 75 inches — three more than the 72-inch interiors of SunRay's Aston, Hampton and Charleston, and six more than the 69-inch interiors of the Baldwin, Southport, Rockledge and Westlake. SunRay rate the Tiburon's heater at 6.0 kW — 6,000 watts at 220V on a 30-amp dedicated outlet — the top of SunRay's indoor heater range. Their stated result is a maximum of 170 degrees. The cask and spoon let you add water to the heater stones to generate steam and take the humidity up from there.

SunRay's four-person indoor cabins are not two sizes of the same box. The Tiburon is hemlock and runs deep — 63 across by 69 back, with a 75-inch ceiling. The cedar Charleston is the opposite: eight inches wider across the front, six shallower, and three inches lower inside. Pick the one that fits the wall you have.

Four, on two tiers. SunRay list it as a 4-person double bench cabin. Interior is 59" W × 65" D × 75" H — the 65-inch depth is what makes reclining actually possible.
Wood and shape. The Tiburon is Canadian hemlock, 63 inches wide by 69 deep, with a 75-inch interior ceiling and a 599 lb product weight. The Charleston is Canadian cedar, 71 wide by 63 deep, 72 inches inside, at 510 lbs. Both run a 6.0 kW Harvia heater on 30 amps. The Tiburon's feature list adds a cup holder and the ETL Safety Certified bullet; the Charleston's adds an upgraded door handle and a cask and spoon. One more thing worth knowing: SunRay give the two cabins a character-for-character identical page heading on their own site, which is a cataloging error on their end and not a sign that the products are the same.
63" wide × 69" deep × 79" tall. The depth is unusual — most SunRay indoor cabins are wide and shallow, and this one is the reverse. Measure the run from the wall out into the room before you order, and check the 79-inch height against your ceiling.
Yes. The 6.0 kW electric heater is part of the sauna. Also included: natural Canadian hemlock construction, an ergonomic backrest, tempered glass, a cup holder, a thermo-hygrometer, a sand timer and a ventilation system. SunRay describe adding water to the heater stones but publish no stone count for this model.
It is SunRay's own feature bullet for this model, quoted exactly. The Tiburon is the only sauna in SunRay's indoor traditional range that carries a model-specific certification claim. More broadly, SunRay state that their saunas carry CE, CETL, ETL and RoHS marks. If an inspector wants a listing file number, ask us and we will request it from SunRay.

That is SunRay's own phrase for the Tiburon's wood, and they describe it as giving a durable cabin with a natural appeal. They publish nothing further about its colour, grain or scent, so neither do we. The wood is Canadian; SunRay do not state where the cabinets are built.

Great Home Sauna

"We love our Tiburon 4 Personal sauna! Installation was relatively easy (a few pieces are VERY heavy), looks wonderful and is very comfortable for 2-3 people, adding a 4th gets a little crowded, but totally doable. Our only concern was with the setup of the heater. We had to hire an electrician and get in touch with a local rep for clarification of the wattage and correct wiring to our current circuit board. Please rewrite the directions for the motor. The local install team (who were very helpful) said the directions have been a confusing problem for a long time."
