Human Touch | Perfect Chair PC-365
The PC-365 is the only Perfect Chair Human Touch sells as a single part number with the pad set already attached to it. One base finish, Dark Walnut. One pad set, Espresso SofHyde. There is no package to pick and no upholstery matrix to work through, which is the whole argument for this chair over the two above it. A powered recline system carries the chair into the zero gravity position from a control on the chair itself, and the maximum load weight is 400 lb, the same rating Human Touch publishes on the PC-610 and the PC-420. Human Touch publishes no height range for any Perfect Chair, so that 400 lb figure is the only user limit on the sheet.
The base is hand-carved solid wood with high-tensile-strength steel carrying the recline, the upholstery is SofHyde, and a full support head pillow sits on an articulating headrest. The chair weighs 80 lb, the seat measures 23 in. across, the upright footprint is 46 in. L x 32 in. W x 46 in. H, and reclined it runs to 64 in. L x 32 in. W x 42 in. H. It needs 12 in. of clearance behind it, which is more wall space than either of the other two Perfect Chairs. One thing separates it sharply from its siblings and it is the warranty: Human Touch covers the PC-365 for 3 years structural, 2 years parts and 1 year labor, where the PC-610 and PC-420 both carry seven years on all three.

The numbers
Every figure here is published by Human Touch for the PC-365 specifically. The one deliberate blank is the height range, and it is blank because Human Touch publishes none.
Zero gravity
Six chairs on this site are sold as zero gravity recliners, and the phrase does a lot of work with very little published behind it. Here is the geometry, which is the part that can be stated plainly.
Side on and fully flat is the shape the whole chair is built around. The seat pan and the backrest travel together through one arc on the wood base, so the back cannot go down without the legs coming up, and there is no separate footrest to deploy. That is why the reclined length runs to 64 in. against an upright 46 in. A motor drives the arc while you hold the control, and Human Touch publishes no recline angle in degrees and no count of preset zero gravity positions, so the chair stops where you stop it.
This is the surface you actually meet: an Espresso SofHyde pad set with a full support head pillow sitting on an articulating headrest. The headrest angle moves separately from the backrest, which matters once the back is past a certain point and a fixed headrest starts pushing the chin toward the chest. What the reclined shape does is spread your weight across the whole back surface while the legs are carried above the seat, with no one point of contact taking a disproportionate share. Human Touch publishes no composition, no thickness and no abrasion figure for SofHyde.
Dropped into a living room, the chair asks for two measurements. It needs 12 in. of clearance behind it to complete the recline, which is the largest figure of the three Perfect Chairs, and it wants floor for a 64 in. reclined length. Everything else about placing it is settled at the factory: one base finish in Dark Walnut, one pad set, 80 lb on the floor and no upholstery matrix to work through. Measure the wall first, because rear clearance is the number that moves most across this category.
