Human Touch | Vesta ZG
The Vesta is the leather chair. It is the only recliner in this group whose specification says Full Leather outright, with no package to buy up to and no upholstery matrix to work through: two colorways, Cream and Chestnut, and that is the whole decision. Human Touch publishes a maximum load weight of 285 lb for the Vesta and a height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 0 in. Both figures belong to this chair and should be read off this page, because the Perfect Chair family carries a higher load rating on a different frame.
The chair is a powered zero gravity recliner with One-Touch Zero Gravity on the remote. Vibration massage and heat across the back and seat are what it does once you are in position, and Human Touch lists memory foam in the backrest and seat, an articulating headrest, and a magnetic remote that mounts on either side. It weighs 138 lb, occupies 38 in. L x 32 in. W x 50 in. H upright, and reclines to 60 in. L x 32 in. W x 42 in. H, which is the shortest reclined length of the six recliners here. It needs 20 in. of clearance behind it. Warranty is 5 years structural, 3 years parts and 1 year labor, the same terms as the Laevo.
Inside the chair
This is the shortest feature list of the six recliners, which makes it the easiest to hold in your head. Here is all four of it.
The numbers
All eight are published by Human Touch for the Vesta. The 285 lb load rating is this chair's own figure and is not the rating any Perfect Chair carries.
Upholstery
Two upholstery materials cover all six recliners on this site. Human Touch publishes the names and almost nothing else, so here is what is actually knowable and what is worth doing about it.
This is Chestnut, the darker of the two colors the Vesta is sold in, with Cream the other. Human Touch's own storefront drops the word Leather from the value labels, so a Chestnut chair and a Chestnut Leather chair are the same item. The recline is powered and reaches zero gravity on one touch of the magnetic remote, which mounts on either arm. Reclined the chair measures 60 in. L x 32 in. W x 42 in. H, the shortest reclined length of the six recliners on this site, and it wants 20 in. of clearance behind it.
A blanket and a chair that warms up: Human Touch publishes heat across the back and seat areas on the Vesta, two areas where the Laevo names three, and vibration massage with no rollers and no air compression anywhere in the chair. Memory foam sits in the backrest and the seat, the headrest articulates, and the whole thing weighs 138 lb. What Human Touch does not publish for this chair is any seat dimension at all, so if seat width or depth decides your purchase, ask us and we will get the figures from Human Touch in writing.
In Cream, with nothing else in the frame, the upholstery is the entire product. The Vesta's spec table says Full Leather, and that is close to all Human Touch will say about it: no hide origin, no grade, no tannage, no thickness, no colorfastness figure. The same silence covers the leather pad sets on the other chairs and the upper packages on the two configurable Perfect Chairs, so a specification comparison between two Human Touch leathers cannot be made on published data. SofHyde, Human Touch's own material, is documented the same way, by name alone.
Compare
All three fit users from 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 0 in. The Vesta is the plainest of the three: leather, two colors, vibration and heat, and the shortest reclined footprint.
