Hyperice Normatec 3 Full Body Recovery System

The arm attachments are the reason this box exists. Nothing else in the Normatec range covers the arms — the Elite is a leg system, the Go is a calf wrap, and the Lower Body system stops at the hips. If your sport loads the arms and shoulders as hard as the legs, this is the only Normatec that treats them, with 5 overlapping zones per arm.

Alongside them come the leg attachments (5 overlapping zones each) and the hip attachment (2 overlapping zones), all driven by one 3.2 lb Normatec 3 control unit over the Normatec Hose. Seven levels of compression cover 40 to 110 mmHg. ZoneBoost adds extra time and pressure in a particular zone. Battery runs up to 3 hours, and Bluetooth connects the unit to the Hyperice App.

Swimmers, throwers, climbers, rowers and anyone who trains upper body volume have one option for Normatec compression on the arms, and it is this box. Each arm attachment zips over the whole limb and runs five overlapping zones, the same count as a leg. Hyperice sells arm attachments separately, but this is the only system that ships with a pair.

The hips

The band the boots leave out

Leg attachments end at the hip crease. The hip attachment wraps the pelvis and glutes above that line and works it with two overlapping zones. It buckles at the front, comes in one size, and connects to the same hose as everything else.
