InBody | Dial H30
The InBody Dial H30 Smart Body Composition Scale reports nine named values from one barefoot test, the longest output list of the three InBody scales built for a bathroom floor. Four of them are primary: Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat percentage and BMI. Five more sit on the advanced list: Body Fat Mass, Soft Lean Mass, Waist-Hip Ratio, InBody Score and Cellular Integrity. InBody also names visceral fat level and body water balance for this model. The InBody Dial H40, which costs more, comes back with seven named values, so the junior scale in the range is the one carrying the longer list.
Twenty is the other number that decides this purchase. The H30 recognizes up to 20 users on its own and files each person's results under their own profile in the InBody App, so five people in a household or fifteen in a training group can share one scale and never sort the readings out afterwards. The measurement runs as Direct Segmental Multi-Frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis across 8-Point Tactile Electrodes at triple frequency, with four contacts under your feet and four more taking your hands. Finished readings leave over Bluetooth 5.0 or Wi-Fi app sync without you touching your phone. We stock the Dial H30 in White and in Black.
One scale, a whole household
Two numbers carry the Dial H30 and one habit makes them worth having: twenty recognized users, nine named outputs, and a test you take the same way every week. Here is how the scale handles the first two, and what the third asks of you.
Card by card
Eight lines that describe the InBody Dial H30: the four primary outputs, the five advanced ones, the electrode arrangement underneath them and the two routes a finished reading takes to the app.
Closer look
Body Fat Mass, Soft Lean Mass, Waist-Hip Ratio, InBody Score and Cellular Integrity all sit on the InBody Dial H30's advanced output list, and none of the five comes back from the InBody Dial H40. Read the two result lists side by side and the cheaper scale returns more named values, which is an unusual thing for the junior model in a range to do. What the H40 keeps to itself is Leg Muscle Analysis, a reading for one region of the body. So the choice between the two Dials comes down to breadth against limb-level detail, and the order of the prices will not settle it for you.
Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi app sync are both built into the Dial H30, and the scale recognizes up to 20 users on its own. Put those two facts together and the shape of the product in a real house appears: one scale by the shower, twenty records building quietly in the InBody App, and nobody holding a phone at the moment they step on. The two connection routes lead to the same place, and neither asks for a manual export after the test. We stock the InBody Dial H30 in White and in Black, and both colours carry the same electrodes and the same nine outputs.
Compare
Three InBody scales are built for a bathroom floor, and what separates them is the list of values each one hands back. Those lists do not climb in the same order as the prices, so read across all three before you pick one.

"Great scale. In body scan is very touchy, as is known about this technology and shared in other reviews. Not a replacement for a real scan at your gym or Dr, but great for general trend tracking at home."
