Jugs
The Jugs Lacrosse Machine is a lacrosse ball machine built for every position on the field, firing balls at 20-60 mph over a range of 60-plus yards. The legs adjust to 45 in., 54 in. or 63 in. to simulate ground balls, mid-level passes or high shots. A 360-degree swivel base turns it in any direction without repositioning. It works as the assistant coach for learning how to check, dodge and clear, with accurate, repeatable feeds so players can focus on technique.
It feeds a ball to the same spot, at the same speed, at the same height, for as long as a coach wants to stand there. Top speed matches real in-game intensity for all positions, and the 60-plus yard range puts a clearing pass in reach from one end of the drill. The machine that just fed a right-hand catch turns and feeds the left without anyone lifting it. It is built to stay grounded during high-speed operation, easy to transport and reposition between field setups, and built for youth leagues, high schools and colleges.

Closer look
The adjustable legs give three delivery heights: 45 in., 54 in. and 63 in. The low setting simulates ground balls, the middle one mid-level passes and the top one high shots. The height decides whether a player receives the feed low or has to reach for it, and because it is a leg setting and not a speed setting, changing it does not touch the pace of the drill.
At the bottom of the speed range it feeds a player who is still learning where the ball goes in the head of the stick. At 60 mph it puts a shot at a goalie who needs the pace to be real. The 60-plus yard range makes it a clearing and outlet tool as well as a close-quarters one, because the ball can travel most of a field before it has to be caught.
The 360-degree swivel base allows rapid directional changes with no repositioning required, for running multi-angle drills. A full circle of rotation means one machine covers angles that would otherwise need it carried and re-levelled between reps, and the delivery height stays wherever the legs were set. Pair it with the optional 24-ball feeder attachment, sold separately, and the coach who was loading balls is free to stand next to the player and watch the hands.
