Luxury Spas Cold Plunge All In

The name describes the build. Chiller and filtration are enclosed within the plunge body itself, so a single 77 by 32 inch cabinet holds the water, the cold-making equipment and the water-care equipment. There is no second box to site, screen or plumb. Removable service and ventilation panels open onto that internal bay, and a side-mounted LED panel sits within reach of the water.

Interior height is 25 inches, the deepest well in the Luxury Spas plunge line, over an interior length of 63 inches and a width of 30 inches. Cold comes from a 1 HP cool and heat pump rated from 37°F to 104°F. Total consumption is 750 watts on one dedicated 15 amp 120V circuit, and Luxury Spas lists the All In as seating a person up to 6'9".

Fourteen Inches of Cabinet Beyond the Water

Compare the two lengths and the layout explains itself: 77 inches of cabinet, 63 inches of bathing well. That difference is the enclosed equipment space carrying the chiller and the filtration system. It is why the All In has a longer footprint than the Pro XL while holding a shorter well, and why nothing has to stand beside the tub.

25 Inches From Floor to Rim

Depth decides how much of you the water covers. At 25 inches the All In has eight inches more interior height than the Pro and two more than the Pro XL, so a seated user sits lower relative to the surface. Luxury Spas puts the fit at up to 6'9" for this model, which is worth checking against the 63 inch interior length if you are tall; ask us and we will confirm the seating position before you commit.

Filtration, Circulation, and Two Ways to Set It

A circulation pump specified for quiet running and low energy consumption feeds a multi-stage filtration and conditioning system built for chilled water. Setting the temperature happens either at the side LED panel or over the smartphone connection, and because the unit is plug and play, commissioning is a matter of water, power and a target figure.

The chiller and the filtration system are enclosed inside the plunge body, so there is no second unit standing next to the tub. One cabinet, one power lead, one set of service panels.
Interior height is 25 inches, measured floor to rim inside the well. Actual water depth depends on your fill line. This is the deepest interior of the three Luxury Spas plunges; the Pro XL is 23 inches and the Pro is 17.
Because part of the length is machinery. The All In measures 77 inches outside and 63 inches inside, and that 14 inch difference is the enclosed equipment space. The Pro XL puts more of its length into water and less into an internal bay.
37°F to 104°F from a 1 HP cool and heat pump. One of Luxury Spas' metafields for this product quotes a 35°F lower limit; we are publishing 37°F because that is the figure the Features specification and the product description both give.
Luxury Spas publishes one benchmark: a 31 degree drop on 100 litres in 90 minutes, with the air at 59°F. Your own timing depends on how much water is in the well, how warm it starts and what the weather is doing, so use that figure for comparison and not as a schedule.

Plan the pad on the 77 by 32 inch exterior and keep the panelled side clear. The ventilation panels feed air to the chiller inside the cabinet, and the service panels have to come off for maintenance, so an installation boxed in tight on that face will make both jobs harder.
Yes. The cool and heat pump covers everything up to a stated 104°F, so the well can be run warm out of season. It is a single-person immersion well with no jets; the Marquis is the model in this group with hydromassage and seating for three.
The multi-stage filtration and conditioning system does the work, with the circulation pump moving water through it. That pump is specified as quiet, long-lived and light on electricity. Luxury Spas does not publish a filter-change interval on this listing, so the manual is the place to look for the maintenance schedule.

Anyone with a heart or circulatory condition, anyone pregnant, and anyone recovering from surgery should get medical advice before using cold immersion.

directly from Luxury Spas USA Ltd. This warranty certificate is non-transferable.


Acrylic Shell - 2 Year Limited Residential Shell Warranty


Luxury Spas warrants the acrylic shell against water loss arising from structural failure for
a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. Luxury Spas warrants the acrylic shell
surface against water loss arising from defects in materials, including cracks, blisters,
peeling and delamination for a period of 2 years. The warranty coverage includes all parts
and labor necessary for repair or replacement.


Electrical Equipment – 1 Year Limited Residential Warranty


Luxury Spas warrants the electrical components including the chiller and electronic control
system – against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship, for a
period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The electrical equipment warranty covers the
parts only necessary for repair. Labor cost for repair or replacement of electrical
equipment will be covered up to 1 Year from the date of purchase. Water leaks from chiller,
pump and plumbing unions are not included under the electrical warranty coverage.


Cold Plunge Components – 1 Year Limited Residential Warranty


Luxury Spas warrants all non-electrical spa components, including any caps, covers, clips
and jets against malfunction arising from defects in material and workmanship for a period
of 1 year from the date of purchase. Labor cost for repair or replacement of electrical
equipment will be covered up to 1 Year from the date of purchase.


Warranty Terms


All warranties apply to the original customer, at the original address that the cold plunge
was delivered. The limited warranty does not include the cost of shipping parts back to
Luxury Spas, or to an authorized repair center. This warranty does not include costs
incurred using non-authorized repair centers. Customers must have written consent from
Luxury Spas before proceeding with any repair that is to be reimbursed by Luxury Spas. In
all cases, Luxury Spas has sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a
fault. Luxury Spas reserves the right to provide a replacement cold plunge of equivalent
value if we deem it to be necessary. In such a circumstance, the customer shall be
responsible for the cost of moving and installing the new cold plunge into position.


Performance


The Customer must report any discovered defect to Luxury Spas within 10 business days. A
Luxury Spas technical representative will then diagnose the issue over the telephone and
may suggest possible solutions for the customer to attempt. If these suggestions fail to
resolve the issue, Luxury Spas will then arrange for a repair technician to visit the site. If the
repair technician is sent out and discovers there is no issue, or the issue is not
manufacturing related, then the customer will be responsible for the service call. If a
manufacturing-related issue is discovered there is no charge for the technician’s visit. If the
technician determines that any fault is not covered under this warranty, the customer is
solely responsible for the cost of any parts and or labor charges.


Exclusions


This Limited Warranty is void if Luxury Spas or its designated representative determines
that the cold plunge has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or freight
damage caused by the common carrier; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or
other causes beyond the control of Luxury Spas. Neglect, misuse, and abuse include any
installation, operation or maintenance of the cold plunge other than in accordance with the
instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the spa, including but not
limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use
of abrasive or improper cleaners. Cold plunge tubs used in a commercial application are
excluded from any coverage whatsoever.


Disclaimers


Except as specifically provided by the law, Luxury Spas and its representatives shall not be
liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential,
arising out of any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including, without limitation,
loss of use of the cold plunge and cost for removal of defective product, even if Luxury Spas
has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The liability of Luxury Spas under this
Limited Warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective
product. Coverage under this Limited Warranty shall commence as of the original date of
purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever
beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service
provided by Luxury Spas USA and its representative.
