Luxury Spas Tahoe 4-Person Hybrid Hot Tub

The Tahoe is the four-seat spa in the hybrid range. Luxury Spas builds it to plug into a standard 120V outlet, and to be converted afterwards to a standard 240V spa for more jet power and more efficient heater output. That suits a household that wants the tub running this month and may want a proper 240V supply, or a different address, later on.

Four spacious seats sit in a cloud grey interior with 24 upper and lower back jets between them. A 2 HP multi-speed pump drives the jets, a titanium whisper-quiet heater holds temperature, and an ozonator with a filtration system works on the water. LED lighted cup holders and colour-changing lights handle the evening atmosphere.

The Tahoe's own description sets out two modes: plugged into a standard 120V outlet, or converted to a standard 240V hot tub for more jet power and more efficient heater output. Our specification tab for this model tells a different story, quoting the dedicated circuit and equipment ratings of a hardwired 240V spa, which cannot describe a tub sold to plug into an outlet. Luxury Spas describes the Tahoe as a hybrid. In its plug-and-play form it runs from a standard 120V outlet. Converted, it runs as a standard 240V hot tub with more jet power and more efficient heater output. That is exactly how the manufacturer states it, and it is as far as we will go, because the electrical figures in our specification data for this model do not describe a plug-in spa. Contact us before any electrical work and we will get the circuit specification for both modes confirmed in writing by Luxury Spas.
Because the numbers we hold contradict the product itself. The specification tab for the Tahoe carries the electrical figures of a hardwired 240V spa: a heavy dedicated circuit, and a heater and motor larger than the ones its own feature list gives. None of that can describe a tub Luxury Spas sells as plugging into a household outlet, and the same block appears almost word for word on hardwired models elsewhere in the range. Quoting a hardwired circuit on a plug-and-play spa would be misleading, and quoting a plug-in wattage we cannot verify would be worse, so this page carries neither. Ask us and we will get the confirmed figures from the manufacturer for your unit.
We are not publishing them, and here is why. The dimensions and weight in our specification data for the Tahoe are identical to the figures listed for the Allure, a three-person spa in the same range, and they are labelled as interior dimensions on a spa where every comparable figure elsewhere is an exterior measurement. That looks like a copy-paste error, not a measurement of this spa. If you need confirmed dimensions to plan a pad, a gate clearance or a deck, contact us and we will request them from Luxury Spas before you order.
The feature list says 2 HP multi-speed, and that is the figure we publish. The specification block quotes a larger motor, but that same block carries the hardwired 240V electrical figures we have already set aside as belonging to another model, so we do not treat it as reliable here. If pump output is the deciding factor in your purchase, ask us to confirm it before you order.

The Tahoe seats four, carries four more jets and has a 240V conversion described by the manufacturer. Audio and confirmed sizing point to the Allure; a fourth seat and dual voltage point here.
Luxury Spas advertises a 10 Year Warranty on these spas. We publish the term and leave the coverage detail to the manufacturer's own warranty document, which we will send if you ask for it.
Ask us for the one that matches the Tahoe 4-Person Hybrid. No manual PDF is attached to this listing, and given that the electrical data on file for this model came from a hardwired spa, a generic manual is the last thing you want to hand an electrician.
