Four: 300 g, 650 g, 1,250 g and 2,100 g, written in kilograms as 0.3 kg, 0.65 kg, 1.25 kg and 2.10 kg. Each is a separate item and each ships on its own, so a set of four is four orders. The diameter across the whole line runs only 6 cm to 10 cm, which means the weight changes far more than the size does.

Iron granules. A granular fill moves slightly in the hand when the ball is squeezed or swung, which is the feel the HaptikBall is known for, and it lets each of the four weights be measured out exactly. It is a different sensation from a solid cast weight of the same mass.

Vegetable-tanned genuine leather, treated with beeswax. The beeswax protects the shell against sweat and moisture and leaves the surface supple. With handling the leather takes on a patina, so a ball that has been used for a year looks different from a new one.

The 300 g for long sessions of squeezing and for anyone new to it, the 650 g as a general-purpose weight, and the 1,250 g or 2,100 g where the ball is being thrown, swung or held out at arm's length. Many buyers start with one and add a second later, since the movements are the same and only the load changes.

Natural tan and black, both across the full weight range. The black balls are stitched with black thread throughout, so the seams read as part of the surface; on the natural leather the stitching is visible against the tan.

One. Balls are packed individually by weight, so a pair or a full set of four arrives as separate items. Order each weight you want as its own line.

Squeezing, holding, lifting, throwing and swinging, with grip and forearm training as the usual reason people buy one. It is small enough to sit on a desk and be picked up through the day, and heavy enough in the larger weights to be used as a training item in a session.

Wipe it down after use and keep it out of standing water. The beeswax treatment handles sweat and moisture, and the leather is meant to change with handling, so marks and darkening are part of how the ball ages. Size and fill. A HaptikBall is 6 to 10 cm across and closes inside one hand, where a medicine ball is held in two; and the iron granule fill shifts under the fingers, where a moulded medicine ball is dead weight. The heaviest HaptikBall is 2,100 g, so this is hand and forearm equipment and not a ball for slams.

One year from the date of first shipment, extended to two years on all components by registering the product within the first year of purchase. Spare parts carry ninety days. Normal wear on a leather surface is not a warranty matter on any make of equipment, and on this one that wear is what the material is chosen for.
