NOHRD SlimBeam Lat Upgrade Set

The NOHRD SlimBeam Lat Upgrade Set bolts two wheels onto the pull-up bar of the NOHRD SlimBeam cable machine, and those wheels carry the cable over the top of the beam so it runs overhead for lat exercises. Every SlimBeam is delivered with that pull-up bar in the box, so the set always has something to mount to, whatever year the machine was bought.

The parts come to 2 kg and they are assembled onto the bar before the cable will run over them. Taking the cable over two wheels at the top of the beam puts the line of pull directly above your head, which is the position a lat pulldown works from. Run it with the SlimBeam Aluminum Lat Bar for a wide grip, or with the Wood Extension Handle Bars for single-arm work, on any SlimBeam cable machine in the six wood finishes or in White and Stainless Steel.
