NOHRD SlimBeam Aluminum Lat Bar

The NOHRD SlimBeam Aluminum Lat Bar measures 30 mm in diameter and weighs 5 kg, a wide pulldown bar in aluminum, and the one machine it goes on in our own range is the NOHRD SlimBeam cable machine. It arrives ready to use with no assembly, which makes it one of the few parts in the SlimBeam range that comes out of the box and straight onto the cable. NOHrD builds the same bar for the modular NOHRD Wall as well, a five-module wall system we do not carry, so tell us what you are hanging it from and we will confirm the fit before it ships.

The metal keeps a bar this wide light in the hands, and the surface is textured so the grip holds its place under load. Use it for lat pulldowns, straight-arm pulldowns and wide-grip rows on the SlimBeam cable machine. Getting the cable overhead in the first place is the job of the SlimBeam Lat Upgrade Set, which extends the pull-up bar by two wheels, and the two parts are commonly ordered together.
