The Helix LE runs a 4D mechanism with positioning-gear back rollers built for millimeter-level accuracy. Before a program starts, body scanning maps your back and sizes the massage to your frame, so the rollers land on the knot instead of the general area around it.

An SL-track carries those rollers in one path from the neck and shoulders down to the legs, while 22 air cells and lumbar heat handle the compression and warmth the rollers don't. A 2-stage zero-gravity recline tips you back first so the pressure goes in with your spine unloaded.
