Osaki OS-4000XT Massage Chair
The Osaki OS-4000XT is a 2D massage chair built on an L-track, which is the piece of geometry that separates it from most chairs sold at the same money. The rollers start behind your neck, follow your spine down, then leave the spine at the lower back, turn forward under the seat, and keep working out across your glutes and the tops of your hamstrings. An S-track massage chair ends its stroke at the tailbone and hands the seat over to airbags, while the L-track lets a single pass on the OS-4000XT cover your whole back and the top of your legs. Behind that track sits a 2D roller mechanism, six auto programs, six massage styles and a 220 lb user rating.
Two other pieces are worth knowing before you sit down. A heart rate monitor sits inside the armrest, so it reads you through the arm you are already resting on and there is nothing to strap on. Zero gravity reclining gives you two stopping points to pick between, and space saving technology walks the base forward as the backrest drops, so the OS-4000XT reaches full recline with 2 in. of wall behind it. Around all of that, 24 airbags squeeze your shoulders, arms, calves and feet, two heating pads warm the lumbar, and a spinning reflexology roller waits in the footwell for your soles. The chair weighs about 217.1 lb, stands 60.6 by 28.8 by 44.5 in. upright, and comes with a four-speaker Bluetooth sound system and an LCD remote that names the function it is running.
