Osaki OS Monarch Massage Chair

The Osaki OS-Monarch is a 3D massage chair built on an L-track, which means the rollers travel past the tailbone and out under the seat. They begin at your neck and follow the spine down through the lower back. From there they keep working across your glutes and the tops of your hamstrings. The 3D part is depth: the roller heads push out of the backrest and draw back in. You set that depth across 4 levels from the remote. Around the track sit 24 airbags at your shoulders, upper arms, arms, hands, calves and feet. Those are the compression half of the massage.

Nine auto programs come loaded, five standard and four special ones, alongside 4 massage styles you drive by hand. Those styles are kneading, knocking, tapping and shiatsu, and shiatsu is the one that presses and holds rather than rolling. A 3D Mechanism on a Track That Keeps Going

Two specifications carry most of what this chair does. The first is an L-track that runs the rollers past the tailbone and out across the glutes and hamstrings. The second is a 3D mechanism that sets how far those rollers come out of the backrest to meet you.

L-Track Past the Tailbone
The L-track carries the rollers from your neck, down the length of your spine, and then forward under the seat so a single pass finishes on your glutes and the tops of your hamstrings. An S-track is the rail that stops at the lower back and hands the seat over to airbags. The L-track keeps roller contact going through the part of the body most chairs leave to compression alone. On the OS-Monarch that means the neck, the back, the glutes and the upper hamstrings all sit on one continuous line of travel, inside one program, with no second cycle to run.

Four Levels of 3D Depth
A 2D mechanism is the simplest of them: the rollers move up, down and across the backrest, and no further. A 3D mechanism adds a third direction, pushing them out toward you and drawing them back. The OS-Monarch gives you 4 levels of that third axis from the remote, so the same program can run light on one person and firm on the next without either of them changing seats. The 3D control sits with the other manual categories, alongside mode, position, width and speed, and you can move it mid-session.

Twenty-Four Airbags Around the Track
The rollers work a line down the middle of your back, and 24 airbags cover the limbs on either side of it. They sit at your shoulders, your upper arms, your arms, your hands, your calves and your feet. One group fills while the previous one empties, so the pressure works its way down an arm or a calf. Air intensity is its own control on the remote, separate from the roller settings, so you can run firm compression under a light roller pass or the reverse.

Intelligent Body Scanning
Before a program begins, the OS-Monarch runs a scan that maps the key areas of your neck and back and works out where your shoulders sit. The rollers then position themselves against that reading, so the stroke lands along your own shoulder line. If the scan reads you a little high or a little low, the shoulder position can be re-calibrated by hand once it finishes. That matters in a house where a 5 ft 2 in. user and a 6 ft 1 in. user share the same chair.

Nine Auto Programs and Four Styles by Hand

The OS-Monarch loads nine auto programs, split into five standard ones and four special ones. The special four are named for the situations they were written around: Athlete mode, Shopaholic, Neck and Shoulder, and Back and Waist. The five standard programs include Recovery, Stretch, Sleeping and Experience. Underneath the automatic side, manual mode lets you take over completely. You pick one of 4 massage styles and point it at a single spot on your back or at a whole section of the body. The four styles are kneading, knocking, tapping and shiatsu. The manual categories you set alongside them are mode, position, width, speed and 3D depth. Air, foot roller, timer and heating each have their own control. Session length runs from 5 to 30 minutes.

Thirteen and a Half Inches of Footrest Travel

Three spinning rollers sit in the bottom of each footwell and turn against your soles in a kneading pattern while the foot airbags inflate around them. The air does two jobs at once here, wrapping the foot and pressing the sole down onto the rollers so contact stays constant as they turn. Above the footwell, the footrest extends up to 13.5 in. That is a long extension for a chair at this end of the range. It is the reason a 6 ft 2 in. user can get their calves seated properly in the calf wells. Getting that length right matters for the air massage as much as for comfort, because the calf and foot airbags only reach what is sitting inside them.

Space Saving: One Inch of Wall Behind It

Zero gravity reclining is the position that ends with your knees higher than your heart, and on the OS-Monarch it works alongside space saving technology. The space saving figure here is unusually tight. The base slides forward as the backrest drops, so the chair reaches its fully reclined position with only one inch between it and the wall behind. Most massage chairs in this class want somewhere between two and seven inches of clearance to finish a recline. That decides whether the chair can sit against a finished wall or has to live out in the room. The chair holds the zero gravity geometry through the whole program.

Track Depth and Delivery on the OS-Monarch

It is an L-track massage chair. Contact starts behind your neck and follows the spine to the tailbone, where the rail bends forward under the seat and carries the stroke out over the glutes and upper hamstrings. Without that bend the stroke would stop at your waistband and leave the seat to the airbags. If you want the SL-track version of a 3D chair, the Osaki OS Vito 3D in the comparison above runs that geometry.
Depth. A 2D roller moves up, down and side to side; a 3D roller adds an in-and-out axis, so it can extend further out of the backrest to meet you. The OS-Monarch gives you 4 levels of 3D intensity, set from the remote and changeable mid-session.

We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

  4. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
  5. The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What Is NOT Covered*:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
  2. Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
  3. Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
  4. Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
  5. Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
  6. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
  7. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
  8. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
  9. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
  10. Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
  11. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  12. Under this warranty, if a product is determined to be unfixable and requires replacement, the customer is responsible for placing the chair in the garage or another accessible location for the driver to pick up. The returned item must be properly packaged; otherwise, the agent will not be able to pick it up. Upon delivery, the delivery agent will place the chair in the driveway or the nearest accessible area, such as the garage.

Implied Warranty & Other Damages:

  1. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
  2. By making a purchase, you agree that Titan Chair LLC. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
  3. In no case will Titan Chair LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

Titan Chair, LLC Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.
Damage that occurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Failures of attach points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Under no circumstance shall Titan Chair, LLC or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, etc.), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Titan Chair, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.
