Osaki Platinum Ai Xrest 4D+ Massage Chair

The Osaki Platinum Ai Xrest 4D+ is a 4D massage chair, meaning its rollers change both how deep they press and how fast inside a single stroke, and it heats at both ends of your body. One warm element sits behind the small of your back and a second under your soles, together called Feet and Lumbar Heat Therapy. The plus in 4D+ is the part of the mechanism you set by hand, with speed and strength across 5 levels and intensity and width across 4. Beside the 4D Master's lumbar heat and the Maestro LE 2.0's heated roller, this chair warms the feet too.

Width decides how far apart the two roller heads track across your spine, and it is the parameter most 4D chairs fix at the factory. The mechanism will also spot-treat, holding on one area of your back with the rest of the program paused. It will run a partial back massage too, across a chosen section of the track. The track itself is the SL-track shape, one continuous rail from your neck and shoulders to the top of your hamstrings. It curves through the lower back with no break at the hips, and carries on under your glutes. An S-track runs out at the lower back, which leaves your glutes and hamstrings to the airbags. Around the mechanism sit 20 shoulder airbags, an automatic extendable footrest and full body air massage. How it works

The Ai Xrest 4D+ heats both ends of your body and puts the speed, strength, intensity and width of its 4D mechanism in your hands.

Feet and Lumbar Heat Therapy
Two heated zones at opposite ends of the chair. The lumbar element sits behind the small of your back, in the band the roller works hardest. The foot element warms your soles, inside the automatic extendable footrest. Across the three Osaki Platinum single-mechanism chairs, this is the only one that heats both places. The Platinum 4D Master heats the lumbar alone, and the Maestro LE 2.0 puts its heat inside the back roller.

Settings You Move by Hand
A 2D mechanism runs the rollers up, down and across the track, always the same distance from your back. A 3D mechanism adds depth, which means the heads push further out of the backrest so the stroke presses harder. A 4D mechanism varies that depth and the speed of it while the head is traveling, so the pressure rises and eases inside a single stroke from your neck to your hamstrings. The Xrest hands you four parameters on top of that: 5 levels of speed, 5 levels of strength, 4 levels of intensity and 4 levels of width. Set the width narrow and a stroke runs the length of the erector spinae either side of your spine; set it wide and the heads track out toward the edge of the shoulder blade.

Twenty Shoulder Airbags
The shoulder and neck section runs an air compression system with twenty airbags that contour to the shape of your shoulder. An automatic sense feature scans you first and sets the shoulder position from that reading, so the airbags land on your shoulder line whoever sits down. Starting a Program Without Sitting Up
Osaki call this Intelligent Voice Control, and the OP-Ai Xrest 4D+ takes spoken commands through an Alexa device or the Alexa app on your phone using a set list of spoken commands. Reclined in zero gravity with the lumbar heat running, the touchscreen remote sits on the side of the chair and out of easy reach. A spoken command starts a program, stops one or swaps to another without you sitting up.

Heat

Warm at the Low Back and Under the Soles

Feet & Lumbar Heat Therapy means two separate heated zones in the chair. The lumbar zone sits behind the small of your back, in the band the roller works hardest through a full SL-track stroke. The foot zone sits under your soles, inside the automatic extendable footrest. Both elements run for the length of the program, at the same time as the 4D mechanism on your back and the twenty shoulder airbags above it. Nothing has to be switched off for the heat to come on.

Speed, Strength, Intensity and Width You Set

You set every parameter of the 4D+ mechanism yourself: 5 levels of speed, 5 levels of strength, 4 levels of intensity and 4 levels of width. Speed is how fast the head travels the track. Strength and intensity govern how hard it presses. Width is the spacing across your spine, and it moves the heads from the erector spinae out toward the shoulder blades. The mechanism also spot-treats, working one area of your back on its own with the rest of the program held. Reach for it when one tight spot between the shoulder blades is what put you in the chair. It will also run a partial back massage across a chosen section of the track, for when you want more than a single point covered.

The automatic extendable footrest sets its own length, so your calf sits in the calf well and your sole sits on the heated foot plate. At the other end, the automatic sense feature scans you before the massage starts and places the shoulder section from that reading. The frame around all of it measures 20 in. across the shoulders and 17 in. across the seat. Upright the chair is 31.5 in. wide by 66.5 in. long by 60.5 in. tall. Reclined it is 31.5 in. by 76.0 in. by 56.0 in., so the length grows 9.5 in. and the height drops 4.5 in. as space saving technology walks the seat forward. Space saving is worth understanding before you pick a spot for it, because the growth happens at the front. The seat base travels toward the room as the backrest goes down. The Platinum 4D Master heats the lumbar only, and the Maestro LE 2.0 puts its heating element inside the back roller so the warmth travels the track.
Four adjustable parameters on the OP-Ai Xrest 4D+ mechanism: 5 levels of speed, 5 levels of strength, 4 levels of intensity and 4 levels of width. Width is the spacing of the roller heads across your spine, so a narrow setting runs the stroke along the erector spinae and a wide one takes it out toward the shoulder blades. Speed and strength each move in 5 steps, intensity and width in 4, and you can change any of them mid-program.
The mechanism can work one area of your back on its own, holding position with the rest of the program paused, or run a partial back massage across a section of the track. It is the setting for a single tight spot between the shoulder blades that a full-track program keeps passing over.

The Platinum Ai Xrest 4D+ is a consumer massage chair and the reading is not a medical assessment of any kind.
Through an Alexa device or the Alexa app on your phone, using the predetermined commands in the chair's manual. Osaki call the feature Intelligent Voice Control, and it covers starting a program, stopping one and switching between them. You can change what the chair is doing from a full zero gravity recline without reaching for the remote.

The 6 massage styles are the individual techniques you select by hand when you want one section of your back worked a particular way. Assembled, the chair needs a 31.5 in. minimum doorway, which is the same 31.5 in. it occupies upright and reclined. The frame has to swing through in one piece. The number to worry about is usually not the door itself but the narrowest turn on the route to it, at the top of a stair or where a hallway bends.

This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Titan Chair LLC.

We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

 

What Is Covered*:

  1. This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  2. This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
  3. This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
  4. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
  5. The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What Is NOT Covered*:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
  2. Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
  3. Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
  4. Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
  5. Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
  6. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
  7. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
  8. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
  9. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
  10. Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
  11. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  12. Under this warranty, if a product is determined to be unfixable and requires replacement, the customer is responsible for placing the chair in the garage or another accessible location for the driver to pick up. The returned item must be properly packaged; otherwise, the agent will not be able to pick it up. Upon delivery, the delivery agent will place the chair in the driveway or the nearest accessible area, such as the garage.

Implied Warranty & Other Damages:

  1. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
  2. By making a purchase, you agree that Titan Chair LLC. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
  3. In no case will Titan Chair LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

  2. You must obtain a return authorization number in order to ship products to a service center.

  4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Titan Chair, LLC Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.
Damage that occurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Failures of attach points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Under no circumstance shall Titan Chair, LLC or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, etc.), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Titan Chair, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair to a carport or first-floor entryway. Threshold Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

Threshold Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice.
