It typically takes around 4-6 weeks from the time of ordering to receive your chamber.

Here’s what to expect:

• Production & Testing: Approximately 2-3 weeks.
• Shipping Time: Another 2-3 weeks for transit.

Once your order ships, we will provide you with the Vessel information so you can track its movement across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck shipment. When your order is on a truck, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for drop-off.

Delivery Options

We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

1. Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company will deliver the crated chamber to your location. It will be your responsibility to offload the chamber, uncrate it, and move it into your facility.
2. White Glove Delivery: We handle everything for you from A to Z, including offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into place, educating you on how to use it, and cleanup afterward.
