OxyRevo Space60 Pro 2.0 ATA Hard Hyperbaric Chamber

The Space60 Pro sits at the top of OxyRevo's hard chamber range, and it does not share its shape with anything else in that range. It is a sculpted upright pod with a large curved polycarbonate front wrapping across the whole face of the door, a premium seat inside, and a stainless steel body welded from three sections of differing thickness. One person sits upright or reclines through the session.

Working pressure is 2.0 ATA as standard, adjustable across ten levels from 1.1 ATA upward in steps of a tenth. Both control panels are touch screens, one inside the cabin and one on the outside of the shell, and each reads pressure, temperature, humidity and oxygen purity. The cabin measures 83 inches long by 34 inches wide by 60 inches tall (210 × 86 × 153 cm) in the Standard width, and the shell comes in white, black, silver or blue. What Happens On A Power Cut

The power failure safety system vents pressure automatically and gradually, and the door lowers once the chamber has equalized, whether the occupant is awake or asleep. Two of the Pro's revisions are about the moment you get in. The door and its seal are a new design, and the door face is polycarbonate across its full width, so the front of the pod reads as one curved pane. The entrance itself sits lower in the shell, which shortens the step over the threshold. Glazing at the head and foot ends is larger on this model than on the standard Space60: Bayer aviation-grade polycarbonate, built as a double layer and carried in an aluminum-reinforced frame.

Light You Sit In, And Light You Read By

The ambient light system is one of the Pro's new features and it is easiest to judge in the dark, where the perimeter of the pod glows and the seat and glass pick up the color. Photographed with the room lights off, it runs cyan. Task light is handled separately by the eye-friendly LED reading lamp fitted inside, so a session can be lit for a book without lighting the whole cabin. The seat is a premium folding chair that holds an upright posture or drops back into a recline in the same session.

The Machinery Lives In The Cabinet Beside The Pod

Pressurizing, oxygenating, cooling and cleaning the air are jobs for four different machines. OxyRevo puts them in one operating unit that stands next to the chamber, and getting the chamber running means connecting that unit's wires and tubes to the chamber tank. On the cooling side, OxyRevo describes the two cooling machines and the humidity water container as removing humidity and cooling the air inside; it is electrically driven and asks for no ice water and no Freon. Set your expectation this way: in a room with working air conditioning, the interior stays comfortable.

The chamber's working pressure is 2.0 ATA, and it is adjustable to any of ten published settings: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0 ATA. You select the level on the touch screen before the session, and the chamber pressurizes to that figure. Steps of a tenth of an atmosphere let you work upward gradually across a block of sessions.

Seven documented differences. 2.0 ATA is standard here with ten adjustable levels from 1.1 upward, where the Space60 is sold as a 1.5 ATA version or a 2.0 ATA version. Control is by touch screen on both the inside and outside panels. The windows at the head and foot are larger. The door and seal are a new design with a fully transparent polycarbonate door. There is a new ambient light system. The entrance sits lower for easier entry and exit. And the body is bigger: 83 inches long against 79, and 1,763 lbs against 1,323.

Width. The Standard is 34 inches (86 cm) wide, which is the figure quoted on the specification sheet, and the Mini is 29.5 inches. Both widths are offered in all four shell colors. We do not publish separate length or height figures for the Mini, so if the room is tight in more than one direction, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the numbers with OxyRevo.

Yes. The Space60 Pro is a single-occupant chamber that its user operates, with a full touch screen, a pressure gauge and a deflate valve reachable from the seat. A commercial centre will usually still station an operator at the external panel, and the duplicated controls are there for exactly that. The chamber can be depressurized and opened from inside and from outside.

Four shell finishes: white, black, silver and blue. Colour and width are chosen together at checkout, so each of the four colors is available in the Standard 34-inch width and the Mini 29.5-inch width.

Two systems. The ambient light system is new on the Pro and lights the pod as a whole; in OxyRevo's own dark-room photography it reads cyan around the perimeter. Alongside it, an eye-friendly LED reading light is mounted inside for reading during a session.

6 to 8 weeks: roughly 4 weeks for production and testing, then 4 weeks for ocean shipping. Vessel tracking is provided. After US customs clearance you receive a truck tracking number, and the delivery team schedules the drop-off with you. Expedited shipping cuts about 2 weeks off the total.

Two levels of service exist on hard chambers. Standard Delivery brings the crated chamber to your location and you handle unloading, uncrating and moving. White Glove Delivery & Chamber Education is full service: unloading, setup and cleanup are done for you, and the team walks you through operating the chamber. White Glove is not a selectable option on this product page, so contact us before you order and we will quote it and confirm what your address can take. At 1,763 lbs, this is worth settling well before the delivery date.

Four solid wheels are fitted at the base for repositioning inside a room. Getting 800 kg into the room in the first place is a delivery question, and we would rather assess the route with you beforehand, particularly for basements, tight turns and anything involving an elevator.

A 1-year commercial and 2-year home use warranty, plus lifetime technical support at no cost. If a quality issue arises in the warranty period and can be repaired, OxyRevo supplies replacement parts free and provides step-by-step repair guidance by photo and video. If it cannot be repaired, they send a new machine at no cost.

It holds CE machinery (non-medical) and ISO13485. On the chamber itself, the safety hardware is the door sensor that blocks operation until the door is fully closed with indicator lights on both sides, pressure relief valves, an emergency valve giving quick pressure release in 30 seconds, and the power failure system that vents gradually and lowers the door.

What ships is two cooling machines and a humidity water container inside the operating unit, which OxyRevo describes as removing humidity and cooling the air in the chamber. The system is electrically driven and needs no ice water and no Freon. Our honest framing: in a room with working air conditioning the interior stays comfortable, and the standard system's main work is humidity and airflow. The operating unit carries an anion generator that captures 2.5 micron particles (PM2.5) and a nano-water sterilizer that works on bacteria and odours, both running while the chamber is in use. That pairing is the reason this specification suits clinics and wellness centers taking one client after another. Wipe the oxygen mask down between users.

Connect the wires and tubes from the all-in-one operating unit to the chamber tank. There is no commissioning procedure and no technician visit built into the process. After that, the chamber is run from either touch screen.

The oxygen concentrator produces oxygen continuously, so there are no oxygen tanks to buy or refill. Compressor filters are the only components needing routine replacement, every 6 to 12 months depending on use. Spare filters and fuses ship with the chamber.

A typical mild hyperbaric session runs 60 to 90 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week. The common pattern is a block of 40 sessions, then a week off before the next block. The chamber's timer covers that range on its own, up to 120 minutes.

This varies by individual and is a question for your physician. As a general starting point for wellness use, plan an initial block of 20 sessions and reassess. Recovery For Athletes does not make claims about outcomes.

You will feel a pressure change in the ears as the chamber pressurizes and depressurizes, similar to a plane taking off or descending. Swallowing or yawning clears it, and ears commonly adjust after the first few sessions. Wear any loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Sitting upright or reclined on the folding seat, you can read under the LED light or sleep through the block.

Talk to your physician before starting, particularly with any ear, sinus or lung condition. On the equipment side, the chamber is pressurized with filtered air, internal pressure is regulated by the pressure valve and relief valves, and the chamber can be depressurized and opened from inside and outside.
