No. There is no touchscreen, no video programming and no proMotion cables on the pro5HP. Settings are made on the interactive display built into the plate, or on the included remote. Power Plate's touchscreen models are the my5, my8, pro8 and pro7HC.

Power Plate states that the columnless design allows for the integration of additional exercise equipment, like a squat rack. That is the manufacturer's own wording and the clearest published statement on the subject. Power Plate does not publish a rack specification, a bolt pattern or a fixing method, so send us your rack model and we will put the question to the rep.

Time selections are 30, 45 or 60 seconds, and the timer will also run continuously up to nine minutes. That matches the pro5. The pro8 and pro7HC step in 15 second increments to the same nine minute ceiling.
