Power Plate

Power Plate pro5 Full Body Vibration Platform

The Power Plate pro5 Full Body Vibration Platform is a commercial vibration platform with a handled column, running 25 to 50 Hz on a 34 x 30 in. plate. Frequency steps one hertz at a time, so a session can start low in the band and climb to the top of it. An interactive display at the top of the column sets frequency, Low or High amplitude and the timer. Sets run 30, 45 or 60 seconds, or continuously for up to nine minutes for a full routine. It comes in silver or matte black, and White Glove Delivery and Installation brings it into the room and sets it up.

The plate takes users up to 400 lb, and the machine measures 34 x 47 x 60 in. at 298 lb.
