Cart-Mounted Configuration

Sports Attack Snap Attack Football Machine w/ Cart Clamp

This is the Snap Attack ordered with the Universal Football Cart Clamp as its mount. The clamp grips any round or square cart post from 2 1/2" to 4" in diameter, so the throwing head rides on the ball cart your staff already wheels to the field. Legs are not included with this configuration, and that is the one thing to check before you order.

What arrives is the same snap, pass and kick machine Sports Attack designed with football coaches. Two solid polyurethane throwing wheels grip the football for spin, one universal cradle sets it for right-handed spirals, left-handed spirals or end-over-end, and two independently running motors bring the wheels back to speed in about 5 seconds. Published speed is 70+ MPH over a throwing distance of 5 to 100 yards.

Everything about the throwing head is identical to the standard Snap Attack. What the clamp decides is where the head lives between reps and what a coach has to carry to the field.

Sports Attack lists the Universal Cart Clamp as fitting any round or square cart post from 2 1/2" to 4" in diameter. Measure the post on your cart before ordering; anything outside that range is out of scope for the clamp.

Wheel Tilt Handles on the Head
Once the head is mounted, direction is set at the head. Loosen the wheel tilt handles, rotate the throwing head for a right- or left-handed pass and punt or for end-over-end, and lock it there. The handles do the tilting and the locking, so no tools travel with the cart.

Ground-Level Snaps at Realistic Angles

In the lowered position the release point sits low to the ground at realistic angles, and the machine snaps the ball to any depth in shotgun and pistol formations, extra points and punts. Sports Attack lists the change from passing height to snapping position as taking seconds with no tools and no legs needed. Quarterbacks catch the ball in the snapping position for shotgun and pistol signal work, and holders take the snap before placing for the kick.

One Cradle for Passes, Punts, Snaps and Kickoffs

The universal cradle positions the ball for passing, punting, snapping or kickoffs, and holds it for both right- and left-handed spirals and for end-over-end. Kickoff needs no second cradle, so nothing has to be carried out to the cart to switch a session from the passing game to coverage work. Solid, guarded wheels take no pressure changes, and Sports Attack credits the wide, solid football wheels for the machine's repeatability.

The Universal Cart Clamp attaches the Snap Attack and the Aerial Attack to any round or square cart post from 2 1/2" to 4" in diameter. One clamp covers both machines, so a program running two football machines can standardise on the same mounting hardware. Measure the post diameter on your cart first, then confirm the post shape; both round and square sections are within the clamp's range.
