Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The SunRay Hampton 3-Person Traditional Sauna is a Canadian cedar traditional sauna for three, built around a two-tier bench. An elevated rear bench, with side seating running off it, fills a room 66 inches wide and 43 deep under a 72-inch ceiling. Two bathers can spread out across the tiers, or three can sit together. Heat comes from a 4.5 kW Harvia electric heater, with a cask and spoon for pouring water over its stones to raise the humidity. Tempered glass, an upgraded door handle, interior dome lighting and an adjustable ventilation system are built into the cabin.

Beautiful natural Canadian cedar lines the cabin inside and out, giving every session a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its 70-inch front fits along a wall just under six feet long, and the cabin is 47 inches deep and 80 inches tall.

"The Sauna itself is nice. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Assembling the sauna was fairly easy. Complications start with the electric. The heater was supposed to be the BC45. It arrived marked as the BC60. Power requirements seem to indicate it needs 230v which is commercial, not residential. Turns out it took 240v so it worked. The heater instructions indicate the heater gets wall hung with a bracket. But for this specific sauna, the header sits inside a wood guard rather than getting hung on the wall. This is not very clear in the instructions. The instructions for the light fixture say "connect inside the heater" - thats it. No further instruction on where to connect the wires or even how to open the heater. This required lots of internet research and contacting the manufacturer to be told which terminals to connect the wires too. The light still didnt work although it could be the bulb that is bad. But of course the bulb is an E27 European socket so i needed to special order one to even see if that is the problem. Overall, taking 5 minutes to write slightly more detailed instructions would resolve a lot of the problems."

"Very good customer service from both Recovery for Athletes and Sunray. Both companies appear to understand the importance of the company/customer relationship and support. Buying online without seeing the product first was a big stretch for me. So I had a lot of questions for both companies about the product and the process. Everything went very well with delivery service being excellent and timely. No issues to take care of but I am confident both companies would have worked it out if there were any problems or issues. For a prefab product I found the sauna to be of very good quality. Assembly was basically easy with two people and even better with three. The printed directions are not adequate and could be improved but the design and engineering of the product makes it easy enough to see and figure out. It meets all expectations as advertised. The sauna heats up as expected and holds its heat very well. You can turn off the heater well before your session is done. I would call it a very comfortable 2 person sauna. 3 people is a stretch but doable. I am very satisfied with making this purchase and investment in our health and well-being."

"Good sauna for the price. Keep in mind that you’ll need to run a dedicated 240v outlet and have either a plug added or the heater wired directly in. This adds an additional $900 or so to the cost. Assembly is easy. The sauna is beautiful. The glass door can crack open at times but overall I’m very happy."
