Theragun Wave Solo

The Theragun Wave Solo is Therabody's single-ball vibrating roller, a 3.4-inch sphere with a motor inside, made for pinpointed treatment of your feet, hamstrings and upper body. You set it on the floor or hold it against a wall and lean one part of you into it. More than three vibration intensity settings run through the shell. At 0.7 lbs, or 0.3 kg, it goes into a jacket pocket, and it ships with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The Wave Solo is FDA Registered and HSA/FSA Accepted, and a 1-year limited warranty comes with it.

The size of the contact patch is the whole argument for this one. A 12-inch cylinder spans the arch of a foot and touches the ends of it, and it does the same thing under a shoulder blade. A ball 3.4 inches across puts your weight through a patch about the size of the palm of your hand, which is small enough to sit inside the hollow of an arch, under one shoulder blade, or on one point along a hamstring while your leg hangs off a chair. It is the smallest of the three Wave rollers and the easiest to pack. A ball also rolls in every direction, so you steer it by shifting your weight over the top of it.

Run time is 200 minutes per charge through the USB-A to USB-C cable in the box. Bluetooth pairs the ball to the Therabody app for intensity control and for the Wave Series routines. Every setting is also reachable on the ball itself. The WaveSolo is FDA Registered, a listing of the maker and the device that carries no finding on safety or performance.
