Radial handpiece service kit

Chattanooga RPW 2 Revision Kit

The Chattanooga RPW 2 Revision Kit is the long revision kit for the R-SW handpiece of the Intelect Mobile 2 RPW, holding two projectiles, two guiding tubes, two sealing sets, an O-ring guide and a case. Projectiles, guiding tubes and seals are the consumable internals of a radial handpiece. A revision kit gathers all three, so the handpiece goes back together in one visit to the bench. The same kit comes inside the RPW Handpiece Set, part 32000. It is sold on its own as part 28701.

It fits the R-SW handpiece on the new Mobile 2 and on the open-box Mobile 2 RPW, and its contents match the Revision Kit R-SW that ships with a new unit. For the FALCON handpiece on the Intelect RPW 2, the matching kit is the Revision Kit Falcon Handpiece Short Shaft, with short guiding tubes in place of the long ones. The R-SW handpiece it services has a service life of about 5 million shocks and a warranty of two years or three million shocks, whichever occurs first.
