Intelect Mobile 2 RPW handpiece

Chattanooga RPW Handpiece Set

The Chattanooga RPW Handpiece Set is the R-SW shockwave handpiece set made specifically for the Intelect Mobile 2 RPW, the same applicator set that ships with every new unit. Its foam-lined case holds the R-SW handpiece, the Ro40 and D20-S transmitters, an open-end wrench, a 2.5 mm Allen wrench and a long revision kit. The handpiece weighs 510 g and has a service life of about 5 million shocks. It is rated IPX0, so it is kept away from water. Chattanooga warrants it for two years or three million shocks, whichever occurs first.

Driven from the Mobile 2 control unit, the R-SW runs 1.0 to 4.0 bar of air pressure at up to 21 Hz, 4.6 bar at up to 15 Hz and 5.0 bar at up to 12 Hz. It fits the new Mobile 2 and the open-box Mobile 2 RPW alike. The Intelect RPW 2 takes the FALCON handpiece instead, and the Mobile 2 also runs the V-ACTOR II vibration handpiece set. Transmitter heads cross between the two machines, while the handpieces and their internals stay with the unit they were built for. The revision kit in the case holds two projectiles, two guiding tubes and two sealing sets for the first service.
