Shipping & Delivery Information

Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

In the USA the “lifetime” of an infrared sauna is considered 7 years. Many sauna brands offering a “lifetime warranty” know this and use it against you after 7 years of ownership. Your Finnmark Design’s sauna comes with a 10-year warranty, giving you piece of mind that after 7 years you are still covered.

Unconditional Lifetime Warranty

Spectrum Plus™  infrared heaters (UL Listed) have an estimated operational life of 40,000 hours and our carbon 360 heaters have an estimated operational life of 30,000 hours. Using your sauna 5 times per week your Spectrum heaters can last up to 130 years. 

Our Spectrum Plus™ Incoloy heaters have a unconditional lifetime warranty. No other sauna brand is that confident in their heating elements.

Finnmark FD-5 Trinity 4-Person Hybrid Indoor Infrared & Traditional Steam Sauna

The Finnmark FD-5 Trinity 4-Person Hybrid Indoor Infrared & Traditional Steam Sauna seats three to four on a two-tier bench, with infrared, steam and red light in one cabin. Inside, it is 70.5 inches wide and 60.1 inches deep. A 4.5kW Harvia KIP45B rock heater and a 44 lb box of AC3000 stones come with it. Spectrum Plus™ infrared lines the back, side and front walls and the space under the bench, reaching 170°F. Both heaters run on 240V, so the cabin is a 240V install and needs a licensed electrician. Finnmark backs the ETL certified cabin with a 10-year warranty.

A medical grade Spectrum Red Light™ Therapy panel at 650nm and chromotherapy lighting complete the Trinity™ set of infrared, steam and red light. Traditional heat tops out at 190°F. Outside, the cabin measures 74.8 by 63.8 inches and stands 83.1 inches tall, with 75.2 inches of headroom inside.

The XL pairs a 4.5kW Harvia rock heater with Spectrum Plus infrared and a red light panel across a two-tier room.

A 4.5kW Harvia comes with it

Finnmark supplies the Harvia KIP45B with the cabin, so the rock heater arrives with the sauna and needs no separate order. Its stones come too: 44 lbs of Harvia AC3000, sized 0 to 10cm. Pour water over the hot stones and the room becomes a true Finnish sauna, thick with steam.

The cedar and aspen build

Clear A grade Western Canadian Red Cedar lines the XL inside, and it is naturally antimicrobial, resisting mold, bacteria and fungus. The exterior is Thermal Plus™ Aspen, and its heat-and-steam treatment, with no chemicals, leaves wood that will not rot, warp, decay or chip.

240V for both heaters, installed by a licensed electrician. The infrared draws 3,150 watts at 15 amps through a NEMA 6-15P plug on a dedicated 15 amp, 240V circuit, and the Harvia KIP45B is wired to its own 240V, 20A supply.
