Free Curbside Delivery

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

SunRay Southport 3 Person Traditional Sauna

The SunRay Southport 3 Person Traditional Sauna is a three-person indoor traditional sauna with a single bench, heated by a 4.5 kW Harvia to as much as 170 degrees. Three bathers sit side by side along one continuous seat, so nobody climbs to a second tier at temperature. The room is Canadian hemlock, 65 inches wide by 43 deep. The whole cabin stands 75 inches tall, which helps under a finished basement ceiling, and a cup holder keeps water within reach of the seat.

Tempered glass, an ergonomic backrest along the bench and a ventilation system come fitted, and interior lighting is built into the hemlock room.

The Southport pairs a hemlock cabin with a 4.5 kW Harvia and a single bench, inside a cabin 75 inches tall against the Hampton's 80.

Heat and the gauge that reads it

The Harvia warms its stones, and the included water cask and spoon let you add water to them to reach your preferred humidity level. A thermo-hygrometer displays that humidity alongside the temperature, a sand timer keeps the session honest, and interior lighting and an air ventilation system finish the room.

Still doesn't make up for the poorly written sauna assembly manual, which I found little value in and threw it away. 9. Sauna fits two people fine but, three would be tight. 10. Good sauna for the money

"Very good sauna for the money. Could have spent a whole lot more and not have gotten a better sauna. Only had 2 minor issues putting it together, and one of those issues was my fault and so does not count. The other issue was that the bracket that holds the heater was very flimsy and I had to reinforce it. That would be the only change I would make. I use it everyday that I am home."

We couldn’t be happier with the purchase

"My wife and I contemplated an infrared sauna. After learning more about them we decided to stick with the traditional sauna. We decided to purchase the 3 person, being that I’m 6’6”. It has plenty of room for 2 people, 3 would a little tight. Sauna takes about 45 mins to heat up to about 160. By the time we get out, the sauna gets to about 170. We did have an issue with our first heater. I contacted recovery and have been dealing with “Corbin.” He has been outstanding to work with and has went above and beyond to make sure we’ve been satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future. So if your considering a sauna this one has been a great choice for my wife and I. We couldn’t be happier. FYI sauna comes in 4 large boxes on a pallet. Driver used a pallet Jack to place it into our garage. Then we were able to take each box off the pallet and they were manageable that way. Cheers"
