The Super Novo X is the one Human Touch massage chair you specify yourself. Two finishes stack on top of one chair: the pad set your body sits against, offered in six colors, and the teardrop door panels that face the room, offered in nine. Human Touch prices those two choices independently, which is why this listing carries four configurations. SofHyde on both sides is the starting point. A Premium pad set means Tan or Gray leather. Premium door panels mean Gray Metallic Vinyl or Black Walnut Vinyl. You can upgrade one side, or both.

The hardware underneath is identical in all four. A DuoSync Massage Robot drives two roller groups, 3D at the upper body and 2D at the lower, along the HT Flex S- and L-Track. Human Touch offers the pad set in Black, Cream, Espresso and White SofHyde plus Tan and Gray leather, and the door panels in Black, Cream, Espresso, Gray, Red, Tan and White SofHyde plus Gray Metallic Vinyl and Black Walnut Vinyl. The four configurations on this page follow Human Touch's own pricing logic: SofHyde pad with SofHyde door, either side upgraded, or both. The DuoSync Massage Robot

Human Touch's spec table describes the robot as DuoSync, 3D upper and 2D lower. Two roller groups work at once, one on the upper body and one below it, so the shoulders and the lower back are being worked in the same pass. The upper group carries the extra axis: a 2D group moves along the track and across the width of the back, and a 3D group adds travel toward and away from the body.

Only the two finishes. The chair, the DuoSync robot, the HT Flex track, the 39 programs and every dimension are identical across all four. What changes is whether the pad set is SofHyde or Premium leather and whether the door panels are SofHyde or Premium vinyl. Human Touch prices each side separately, so upgrading one side costs less than upgrading both, and that is exactly what the four options represent.

Six pad sets: Black, Cream, Espresso and White SofHyde, plus Tan Leather and Gray Leather. Nine door panels: Black, Cream, Espresso, Gray, Red, Tan and White SofHyde, plus Gray Metallic Vinyl and Black Walnut Vinyl. The Premium pad set means one of the two leathers. Premium door panels mean the Metallic Vinyl or the Walnut Vinyl. If you want a specific pairing from that list, tell us at checkout and we will confirm it against Human Touch's build before the order goes in.

Human Touch publishes a height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 9 in. and a maximum load weight of 285 lb. The seat measures 21 in. wide, 16 in. deep and 21 in. high. That 6 ft 9 in. figure is specific to the Novo and Super Novo chairs; the WholeBody 8.0 and WholeBody 7.1 stop at 6 ft 2 in., so do not read one chair's range onto another.

It is Human Touch's name for the two-group roller mechanism in this chair, and their spec table describes it as 3D upper, 2D lower. Two roller groups run at the same time, one working the upper body and one working below it. The upper group has the extra axis of travel toward and away from the back. Both groups ride the HT Flex S- and L-Track.

39 programs is the figure Human Touch publishes. They do not publish a split between automatic programs and manual modes on this chair, so we are not going to invent one. Human Touch also names a Horizon Rest flat recline position and bend-and-stretch movement on the HT Flex track without giving either a program count.

Human Touch's warranty states that damage incurred during shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under the warranty and must be reported and documented at the time of delivery. On a four-carton chair left at the door, open every carton, photograph anything that looks wrong, and raise it with the carrier before the driver leaves. Waiting until assembly day can cost you the claim.

Human Touch does not state Bluetooth, an app or voice control on the Super Novo X page. Controls are the touch panel, which is also what lifts the teardrop doors. Voice control is published on the Super Novo 3.0, so if speaking to the chair matters to you, that is the model that documents it.

Several that buyers ask about, so here are the gaps by name. Human Touch publishes no voltage or wattage for this chair, no airbag count, no track length, no heat zone count, no underfoot roller count, and no split between automatic and manual programs.
