The Novo Flex is the least expensive way into Human Touch's Novo platform, and the fit is what it refuses to give up. Human Touch publishes a height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 9 in. and a maximum load weight of 285 lb on this chair, the same two figures as the Super Novo X at the top of the range. A user at 6 ft 6 in. who does not fit the two WholeBody chairs fits this one. Four Published Parts of the Novo Flex

Human Touch writes more about the track on this page than on any other chair in the range, which makes the Novo Flex the clearest place to understand what the S, the L and the Flex each do.

The S-Track and the L-Track Together
Human Touch runs both shapes on one rail. The S-Track follows the curvature of the spine, so the rollers stay in contact through the inward curve at the lower back and the outward curve at the upper back. The L-Track carries that path past the tailbone and under the seat, extending coverage from the neck and shoulders down to the glutes. One continuous run, two jobs.

What the Flex Part Adds
Human Touch's spec table names the robot as HT Flex S- and L-Track 3D Massage Technology. The Flex element gives the track a wider range of motion than a fixed rail, and the 3D describes the rollers travelling toward and away from the body as well as along and across it. That third axis is what changes pressure at a given point without changing the program.

The Extending Foot and Calf Massager
The leg rest drives out to match your height automatically, which is the piece that makes the 6 ft 9 in. figure usable. How the massage works

Reading a Human Touch Roller Specification

Human Touch describes its massage hardware in three parts: the shape of the track, the number of axes the rollers move on, and whether air compression runs alongside them. Once you can read those three, the whole range sorts itself out.

Where the Phone Goes While You Sit

This is the outer edge of the armrest, with a pocket set into it deep enough to hold a phone while the chair runs. Your forearm rests in the trough beside it, and that is where the third part of the massage happens. Human Touch lists air-powered 3D massage on the Novo Flex, meaning bladders that inflate and release against the limbs and torso, reaching places a back roller cannot. The upholstery around it is SofHyde, offered in Gray or Brown.

The Dial That Changes the Pressure

Advanced Fingertip Controls is what Human Touch calls this panel, and the dial is what the 3D in the specification is for. A roller group moving along the track and across the width of the back is working in two directions. A 3D group adds travel toward and away from the body, which is how pressure at one spot changes while the program stays where it is. The same panel takes the chair to Horizon Rest, the one-touch flat recline, and sets calf and foot intensity on its own.

Two published things: the second roller group and most of the program library. The Novo Flex runs a single HT Flex S- and L-Track 3D mechanism with 16 auto-wellness programs. The Super Novo 3.0 and Super Novo X run the DuoSync robot, two roller groups at once, with 38 and 39 programs. The Novo Flex also needs 8 in. of wall clearance where the Super Novo X needs 2 in. What you keep is the fit: 285 lb and 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 9 in., identical to both.
Human Touch publishes 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 9 in. and a maximum load weight of 285 lb. The seat is 21 in. wide, 16 in. deep and 21 in. high. The leg rest extends automatically to match your height, which is the mechanism that makes the top of that range work in practice. Both WholeBody chairs stop at 6 ft 2 in., so this is the least expensive Human Touch chair that documents a fit past that point.

Human Touch does not publish an airbag count, on this chair or on any of the five Human Touch massage chairs. What they publish is air-powered 3D massage as a named feature. We would rather leave that row blank than repeat a number Human Touch has never stated.
Human Touch displays a Platinum 2026 ADEX Award for Intelligent Acupressure Massage Chairs on the Novo Flex product page. ADEX is a design award. It says nothing about electrical safety, medical status or regulatory approval, and it is not a certification. We name it as the design award it is, and nothing more.
Two, both in SofHyde upholstery: Gray and Brown. Both are the same chair with the same specification. Human Touch's own storefront drops the SofHyde suffix from the color names.
Three separate terms from Human Touch: 5 years structural, 3 years parts, 1 year labor. The "5-Year Limited Warranty" headline covers the structure only. Both the 5-Year and the 3-Year PREMIUM protection plans list the Novo Flex, and both are end-user coverage for consumer use with no commercial use.
